" I'll play the music, I've been working on my swing songs!" he said hapilly to them all
"I'm a horrible dancer"
Rhens smiled joyfully as the situation was resolved. He moved over to the duchess. "I may not be one for dance, but if you have a piano I can help provide the music." He said with a wide smile
"Well I must admit... and I've crashed-.... I mean... uh... been invited to some weird parties in the past, and none of them have involved someone multiplying into four, and then rap-battling a horse skeleton..." Elliot pondered.
"... it's not usually for me", Light said sheepishly. "But I believe slight of hand outwitting dialectic actually deserves a celebration. Shall we?" she asked, extending her hand to Wyverian.
As if to call the Duchess out on such an ominous warning about uninvited guests, a cold, intimidating presence gripped the gala as a regal-looking demon woman in a rather elaborate, black and white ballgown stepped inside the ballroom clutching a rather peculiar-looking wooden staff with a pulsing, roving purple eye, a rather grisly-looking, hollow eyed assistant in an old waistcoat shambling behind her.
Her pale skin, snowy white hair, and equally icy-blue eyes behind the glittery mask on her face added to the illusion of the outside, moonlit snow had finally come alive into a singular woman drawn to the festivities like a moth to flame. She dismissed the man with a wave of a hand and a puff of magic before looking around to study the room.
She was late, far too late now to stir up any real chaos, and her fun was ruined. This truly wouldn't do.
"Shame, looks like I missed the little games already. At this rate, I might have to run a few of my own." She sighed in a bored-sounded tone and found her way off to a chair near the end of the room, resting a hand over the top of the staff as it scanned through the guests in attendance. "I do hope we're not setting on swing music now. Surely we can come up with something more.. elegant for the evening."

Wander just started to back away from her, not dealing with an Alolan Ninetails again
he looked at little afended at the comment but then sighed. " I can play violin, but I didn't bring mine" he said to this new person
"Well, if you insist," the Wyverian said, only jokingly sounding bothered. Their clawed hand takes Light's contently. How rough the palms were for seemingly a noble!
Elliot sniffed at the air. "Another one...? I've never seen so many demons turn up in one place in the mortal world outside of raids and invasions..."
Everyone was settling in to a more typical party mood. As the fiddler munched, he looked at the elf with the guitar and the legless being who mentioned piano a touch longer than his gaze lingered on many of the others. Music was indeed perhaps one of man's greatest creations.

The Duchess swept to her feet, turning toward the new comer with her most radiant of smiles. "Ah, welcome! I'm certain you've arrived exactly on time to enjoy whatever the night was meant to hold for you."
It had been a long night indeed-- for most. For Asmodeus, he's been under the buffet table for a majority of the chaos, the demons tolerance not as high as he had thought-- the wine putting him to a drunken slumber. It's only now that he's awoken, scrambling out from under the table, standing dizzily as he brushes himself off, squinting tiredly. "How...did I...," He pauses fixing his hair. "That was some strong wine," the demon is glad to see things have calmed down.
As Asmodeus scrambles out from under the table, he will find that Ollie is sitting behind him, holding a very well slobbered stuffed squirrel toy. He squeaks the toy gently, staring up at Asmodeus, apparently wanting to show his friend the am~aze~ing toy he has now.
"They say demons are drawn to power and chaos after all. But, me, I just like a good time." Nexus giggled a bit at Elliot, covering her mouth. "I figure a grand little spectacle like this is as good a time as any, even if I do tire of these flowery dances sometimes."
pan smiled and then just started to play. " why did you leave me, I'm still here wondering" he sung out as he played
"Eh, it's not all flowery dances... sometimes it's skeleton horse rap battles," Elliot pointed out, beginning to lick their paw-like hands clean in a very cat-like manner.
"My student here is well adjusted in conjuration magic. If we need any more instruments" A male voice animated from the snowmen's head.
The young lady holding the snowmen's head gave a little wave to anyone that looked.
