You live the worst part of the city where murder and robberies are common. One day you run into a tall person with white hair and a large snake tattoo on their forearm and finger but you notice something that shocks you, a black diamond tattoo on their hand. You recognize it to be the emblem of the notorious "Black Diamond" street gang. You know they go to your school but thats all.
No magic at all.
Modern
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Romance is slightly desired, but the overall plot is more important.
