...Reminds me of a running joke we had over at a friend's place on the weekend. We were watching the first eight or so episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and one of the three people who hadn't seen any of it before quickly observed (by, I think, the second episode) that airbenders are jerks.
And eventually that just generalised to 'benders are jerks'.
Which is, sadly, also pretty accurate.
