The year is quickly coming to a close. I tend to get very nostalgic at the end of the year, and this one is no different.
I want to know: what was the greatest point of 2013 for you? What about the lowest?
The worst for myself was, without a doubt, the doctors telling me my husband had lost his leg in the accident x and they weren't sure if they could keep him alive.
The greatest was when, after two months in the hospital and initial rehab facility, he took his first steps with his first prosthetic, and defied the odds against him.
Whatever happened this year, good or bad, I wish you all the best for 2014.

The best part of 2013 was ending an unhappy 6 year relationship, and a couple of months later admitting to a good friend that I had feelings for him and finding those feelings reciprocated. I'm going into 2014 happier than I have been in years!
The worst I prefer not to think of and talk about. I'm going to focus on the happy!

My best of 2013 was taking the steps towards my future. Out of community college and to a real university, I just completed my first semester at a real campus it feels like. The ball is now rolling and it's time to keep my eyes forward. A true year to mark the start of something great.
The worst was not as bad as it could be. Both my dogs with cancer scares had us all on our toes for some time, one of our boys being 14 years old. Both pulled through fine though and are as happy and healthy as can be.

My best of 2013.... Erm.. I would have to say, the best thing that happened to me was hearing that my friend was still alive. Me and her were being stupid together, but she got hurt. I was so happy when they contacted me that she was out of her coma.
Worst thing of 2013... The worst thing I can defiantly think of was losing a girl. I had talked to her before, but in the equestrian world everyone loved her. Her name was Lacey, she was so sweet and just nice. I cried once I heard that she died.
