Want to be the King, Prince or a Knight in this story? I can promise adventure and romance as long as you help out with pushing the story along.
Now there are a few options and versions we have all which start with your character in a ditch. You can choose your wound of course but My character who is wanted throughout the kingdom finds Y/C and decides to save him before who ever inflicted the wound finds him. She hates Royalty, Knights and Men based on her last husband and family. She is a mercenary, Assassin, Thief, you name it. Her name is whispered throughout the kingdom but no one knows what she looks like without her hood and mask. Now she will take home and nurse him back to health before taking him home. She won’t recognize him as royalty so he doesn’t have to tell her.
Now here are where the options come in.
If you want to play a Head Knight instead which could be pretty cute, he would probably have to be best friends with the king or a prince.
If you choose to play a prince, the king could be evil or good, maybe he is the one who ordered his sons death and our characters don’t find out until later. After she gets appointed to protect him maybe even by the king because he doesn’t think she is capable.
Also at some point sooner rather then later he’s gonna find out she’s an enemy of the crown and the city’s fixer. So how will he react knowing that he has feeling for her if he even does at that point. Will he reply her saving him or not. We shall see.

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Industrial revolution
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Romance is required, but may take some time to develop. For example: slow burn RPs.
This sounds very intresting and I would love to give this a go ! I have two options for characters,
First option is Acheros which on his profile says hes a demon but we can just say he's human, if that's okay. He would most likely be a prince.
Second option would be Arthur, which he is a human. He would most likely be a knight but one of the best as he tends to work hard at all he does but he can be anything you please!
