“Oh!” Nell frowns, pursing her lips as she looks up at the girl in the tree. “Are you stuck? You look stuck!” She bends her legs a few times, and then jumps, a good twenty feet into the air. Just before she falls, she grabs a tree branch, and climbs the rest of the way up to the stuck girl.
Reaching out to the girl, she smiles brightly. “Hang on to me and I’ll help you down, ‘kay?”

She sits outside a coffee shop, clearly distressed. Because she’s wearing a school uniform, she’s clearly a student, but it’s late enough in the day that she should be in class…if asked, Nell would explain that she’d missed her train, and can’t get to school on her own.

"You missed your train? Aww, that sucks... if only there was some way we could get you there faster..." That last bit was heavily hinted at. Bailey was certainly implying something. The young girl's reddish eyes suddenly light up. "OH WAIT! There is!"
Bailey took a few steps back, away from Nell's general direction. With a sassy snap of her fingers, Bailey's form suddenly shifts into that of a giant hawk. She kneels down low to the ground, wings fanned out comfortably. "Climb aboard! We'll be there in a flash!"
While she was casually engaging in chaotic shenanigans as per usual, Bailey appears to have lost her glasses along the way. She's trying to find them, but it's hard to do that when you've got obviously poor eyesight...

Watching the rather strange girl struggle to find her lenses, Lindsay could only give a soft laugh as she placed a firm hand on her hip. Low and behold, she held the girls glasses having found them on the ground before Bailey had the chance to. Now people, she wasn't cruel and wouldn't bully children. Not for too long anyway. She decided to be a spectator until it became a boring view.
Grabbing her by the collar of her shirt, Lindsay then shifted Baily so she faced her direction then tilted her head up with a gentle tilt of the girl's head.
"Lose them again and I'll stomp on em."
That was her only comment before sliding the glasses back onto her face and promptly leaving her presence to resume her regularly scheduled day.

Lindsay exited her home with a pack of matches. Black liquid dripped from her fingertips and filled the air around her with the strong smell of gasoline. Which is exactly what it was. Turning to a building doused in the very same mixture, she then began to strike a single match. Those hard eyes of hers stared at the flame seconds before she thought to throw it. However, what she failed to notice was that there was a thin trail of the stuff that ran below her feet. No doubt the fire would spread to her if she successfully lit the building up and nothing was done soon enough.
Oliver was present to see the dripping of gasoline on Lindsay, help or not to help? A debate of the century. If he helped, the building wouldn't burn. If he did help then...she wouldn't get a serious burn and hurt in her own misery. Oliver has merely seconds to make a decisions before Lindsay throws it. Oliver walked up with his worn out black shoes and put out the match with his thumb and his index finger.
"Idiot, if you proceeded to throw it. The building won't be the only one in flames..."
Oliver told her as he pointed at her leg, in which had the thin lining of the flammable mixture.

(The Issue After The Fact)
Oliver rolled his eyes, as he walked away. He was walking to a busy intersection where he was about to cross the street. Although he wasn't looking where he was going, not knowing if there was any cars going by. To be clear, there were. Oliver was about to walk into oncoming traffic....
