i bought a tablet recently

..turns out, i suck at art in all methods

except painting terrain models

Not sucking at art is one of those things that takes a TON of dedicated practice

Well, there is foundational stuff across the board, whatever it is. Art is also one of those things that almost no one is naturally skilled at.

i can make an entire twelve foot by 4 foot table full of terrain of a swamp shanty town with water tile bits made of resin and everything

i can NOT draw a circle

Circles are notoriously hard and it turns out even professional artists struggle with them

It's also okay to specialize.

Also, drawing tablets take eve more getting used to that just a pencil and paper. Especially the ones that aren't screens themselves.
