I kinda wish the super party hats could be either used as normal party hats for payment or converted at, like... 2:3 or even 3:5 into normal ones. : /

Yeah, every so often someone's just done a massive inventory dump into the Armory! I know because of a mix of old items appearing and sudden hat booms. (Btw, I horde hats for gun repairs; feel free to either send your almost-busted guns to me or the Armory and get yourself a fresh one, or jab me and demand some hats.)

Super party hats have been accepted as pay in the past when things got really tight, but super hats are really useful.
