I'm no good at solving these riddles! How did you even narrow it down to a volcano

One of the research materials in the library - https://www.rprepository.com/events/epicweek/2022/library - mentioned 'tephric infusers', which someone else picked up on to do with tephra, which is mostly the stuff - rocks and ash and things - that come out of a volcano when it erupts.

Based on other clues and the page that we were looking at, I could pick out that we were talking about soil/dirt, and the soil quality around volcanoes is known for being exceptionally good for growing crops in, so I figured there'd be a particular name for it.

Oh so it was one of library riddles.
