So... who's wanting to be first target attempt? And how we want to make sure that person doesn't accidentally get pushed past 15 in the process?

Uh, maybe we could organized a turn based system for target, like zelphyr you'd empty yours first and report back here with the number, then itd be the next persons turn, and so on until fifteen.

I think either way the fireworks won't let you throw at someone who's already been hit? You'd have to wait a bit. So you'd just have to refresh between each firework period.

Granted that means it's going to take a long while if we're starting with zero hits
