Yup, and to boost oils, and to weapons. Always has been.

Well, not sure how many cures and oils I've been hit with, but it's definitely been a good few. I think I'm holding too many weapons to catch any of those, though.

Holding weapons has no impact.

Oh? At some point didn't people with fewer weapons get "favored" for catching new ones?

@Zelphyr Many many years ago, but people instantly gamed that by making private groups to offload into.

Ah.

Now people who have taken more of a pummeling in combat are favored over those who have been punched less, up to their cap per day.

Prevents auto-refreshing and other abuses pretty nicely.

And directs the majority of weapons to people who will actually make use of them rather than to rot in inventories of non-participants.

Hm... I'm either not fighting enough or blind to any weapons I may have gotten outside of gazing. I think I've received maybe a couple since EW started.
