This is my first RP after a long 5month+ break, with my irl friend KuroSakuranbo14
A tall forest sprinkled with trees of all shapes and sizes surrounded a lively, colossal village, enclosed on all side for protection. The jungle-like forest was home to abundant game and wildlife. Trees soared through the skies, as well as shaded the ground, hiding surprises at all level of diverse flora & fauna. Some areas of trees were so condensed that branches were interlocking, grazing against each other, mushed together, or appearing to take up the same space entirely, while other patches of forest appeared as open spaces of grass, with different levels of density throughout. Myth, a young summoner, was balancing on the branches of low level trees, about 6-7 feet above the ground, but still amazingly strong. He could see blurry black shape darting though the space above him, zooming around in silence, almost undetectable, never staying in the same spot long enough to clearly see, though Myth knew it was a friendly blur, at least friendly to him. "Haya! Haya!" Myth effortlessly said in a low voice, though he thought he was shouting. He was preoccupied with his search. He was looking around at the forest floor, while his blur looked above him. He gave up on calling his ally, which allowed a feeling of loneliness to creep up on him.

Dai had just ran into an unfamiliar territory, and was trying to figure out if there were any other wolves of any kind around, he knew better than to run into another wolf's territory. He ran around like a mad dog, he had put his nose to the ground, trying to catch the scent of any other living animals, mainly either humans or wolves. He soon picked up the scent of what he assumed to be human, but it did have a bit of a sweeter scent mixed in with it, one that the young wolf demon was not introduced to yet. He followed the scent but soon found himself running in circles as he searched for the owner of the particular scent. He heard someone calling, he looked up to the trees to see a boy of some sort, at least he thought it to have the gender of a male, it had long white hair so it threw him off. He stared up at, what he believes to be, a human. He thought it best not to shift back into his human form, he knew how hostile humans could be to things they do not know or do not understand.
Myth sat down on the strong branch. He looked disappointed. "This sleuth shan't be defeated!" he said while pointing his finger upward. "Wow, that was so lame it almost hurt." Myth said to himself with a chuckle. He stood back up and leaned against a taller tree blocking on of the paths of the pathway of branches. "Where could you be?" Myth said turning around. He spun around slowly twice, looking for a new direction to look in. On his third turn he stopped, coincidentally, in the direction of the demon, unbeknownst to him until he gazed forward at it until it finally clicked. He froze while inhaling sharply, producing a brief hissing sound. He relaxed, still staring at the wolf, and whistled, creating a bird like chirping noise, signalling his summon. The Harpy, staying stealthed, flew into a dense layer of tree branches covered in leaves high above Myth and the monster, becoming completely invisible, even becoming hard to find t to a trained eye.
Dai raised an eyebrow at the boy, wondering what he was doing. He looked to be searching for something but once he had spotted Dai, he seemed to freeze, as if he was thinking that Dai would attack him. He felt like something was wrong after the boy whistle and had a feeling that he was able to get other's to come with such a quiet noise. Dai sighed then shifted into his human from, still looking up at the boy. "I am not here to hurt you. I am just lost and I want to make sure there aren't any other wolves around." He said calmly, though he seemed to have a flat voice that didn't hold any really noticeable traits of an accent, showing that he hadn't been around anyone similar to him in a greatly long time. He had a bit of an innocent look in his eye, like he hadn't yet truly seen what this world was capable of. He went through a lot as a child but the memories were nothing but a blur to him and he still, to this day, has almost completely no recollection of where had came from, who his parents were, or if he knew anyone to relay on.
Myth didn't flinch when he saw the wolf transform. His abilities granted him true sight of creatures such as demons. He bit his lower lip, skipping to branches closer to him, but not lowering his branch level, staying above the demon. "Hello, wolf." Myth was staying in the close by village while he was looking for essence seeds, by now he had already picked the area dry, and had learned the forest like the back of his hand by then. "There aren't any wolves in the area," Myth said with emphasis on his fourth word. "There's plenty of prey here for you, i guess." Myth sounded skeptical.
Dai watched the boy, seeing him coming closer but always keeping above him, Dai could easily see that this kid was scared of him, most people were. "Thank you, kid. Please don't call me wolf, that is an animal, I am a wolf demon." He said calmly. "Do mind to tell as to where I am at?" He asked calmly, still trying to figure everything out. He would need to find a cave to stay in for the night and he thought the prey would be easy, seeing as the boy said there was plenty of it in this area.
Myth's power already alerted him to what Dai was. "Demon?" Myth asked with a lie. His poker face had developed excellently over the years. "Well, Demon, your in the middle of the forest." Myth sarcastically said with a smile. He brushed some of his cascading hair behind his shoulder. "There a village about half a mile East of here," myth said while pointing his chin to his left, keeping eye contact with the creature in front of him. He had to remind himself that his Harpy was ready to attack, trying not to subtly signal her by mistake, though his expression stayed the same, warm as always.
(Where are we going to go with this? )
Dai nodded. "Thank you." He said then shifted back into his large wolf form and ran off to the west, clearly trying to stay out of villages with humans in them. He then began his search for a cave, hoping that he wouldn't come up fruitless in this search. He wasn't built to be in this kind of area, being a lone wolf meant closing off from other animals that were not prey, so he was trying to find a cave.

(lol, ur so lost text me )
Myth watched the demon transform and leave. "No way," Myth said while shaking his head. Myth whistled the same tune again. While doing so, he took the whip off his belt, swung it around, unleashing a single crack. Several birds flew away at the fierce sound. After this Haya, flying slow enough to reveal herself dived down towards myth, aiming right for him, with her talons extended, ready to rip him to shreds. Without looking, He quickly coiled up his whips, and right as Haya was about 2 feet from him his, he extended his arms up, whip in hand, which Haya grasped in her claws, as if an Owl picking up a message, before propelling upwards. Haya knew to fly slow so that Myth could hold on with his one hand, too slow to keep up to the demon. He reached into his backpack with one hand, pulling out a pair of binoculars, holding on to the whip with the other. Myth was aware of a majority of the caves in the area, VERY few of which were in the direction the wolf headed. Eventually he spotted the wolf after it seemingly slowed down, or Haya sped up, or some combination of the two. He hoped for the wolf to spot him. He put the binoculars back in his backpack, waving his hand, "You're up Haya." The harpy smiled devilishly. She raised her head, inhaled for a minute before releasing a blood curdling bird chirp like screech, sure to get the attention of the wolf's sensitive ears. "EASY!" Myth said with a cry, obviously uncomfortable with the loud sound.

Dai was still in search for a cave, he used his nose to find a more earthy smell, which would help him, hopefully, to find a cave. The scents around him always guided him where to go, making sure to keep him safe, his nose was pretty much the only thing he trusted, though he did not understand why he was so hesitant to trust other people. He kept searching, his nose to the ground when he had heard the horrific screech, making him go to the ground with his back arched as he covered his large ears with his huge paws from the deafening pain of the screech, once it was over, he quickly turned around to where the sound was and let out a loud and deep growl, clearly, he wasn't oh so happy.
The harpy lowered her summoner down to a branch approximately 10 feet above the wolf. "Why are you here?" Myth asked with a bit of hostility. His arms were crossed and his legs were spread shoulder width apart. His harpy flapper her wings above him, added with the slight wind that managed t creep its way through the tall trees, blew Myth's hair diagonally, to his side - in front of him. His stance could remind a child of a superhero, his winged sidekick there to help him.
Dai was confused on to what was the deal with this kid now. He had done nothing to harm him or anyone just simply asked a couple questions and then left. He shifted back into his human, the confusion written on his face. "I wander from place to place, I do not know this area and I plan to move on quickly, you have no reason to fear me, I mean no harm to you or any of the humans in this area." He stated calmly, he has a emotionless stare, it was hard to tell when he was lying and telling the truth.
Myth didn't trust demons, with made him naturally suspicious of the most basic actions preformed by any demon, even to something as simple as blinking. "What brought you HERE?" Myth said as he narrowed his eye slightly. His expression returned to normal after a moment.
This was tendons to Dai, he just wanted to find a cave. "Nothing brought me here. I had happened to fall upon this place while in my travels. I am just trying to find a cave to sleep for the night." He said, trying to not lose his cool with this kid. Dai had a very short temper and and even less patience.
"Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer," were the words that echoed in Myth's head. There was still plenty of daylight. "I can show you where a cave is, but if your looking for a good one, you're going the wrong way." Myth said with a smirk. Demons brought out an uglier side of Myth.
Dai had a feeling that he shouldn't trust this guy. "No thank you, I can find it on my own. I rather work alone." He was hoping the kid would get the hint to leave him alone and just let him be, demons don't usually attack people unless provoked, at least, that was how it was with Dai and boy, was this kid provoking him.
Myth could see he was getting on this demon's bad side, which was fine by him. Myth was the explorer always ready for a fight. Myth smiled as if he was about to fight, with confidence, at his supposed "opponent." "Game isn't the only thing in these woods y'know. Working alone can get you killed if you don't know where your going, which you don't." Myth's tone and expression eased up. Myth realized it was later than he thought, and that even less daylight can reach through the thick trees of the forest.
"Let me ask you this kid. Why do you keep pestering me? I don't know what your thoughts on demons are but by the look in your eyes, it isn't anything good. I don't know most of my past now and I rather just keep wandering about from place to place like I have been." This was his last straw, he was ready to jump up there and rip that kid's little head off.
Myth knew what Dai's tone meant, and he was all for it. He stepped a branch closer. "Let me ask you this, animal. Why do you think i care about your past? And how do you know I'm not just trying to help a stubborn wolf?" Myth said as he took as he too a yellow band from his wrist, trapping his long hair in a pony-tail. His Harpy darted forward slightly, flapping her wings faster as the conversation continued. She was tougher than she looked, but she did her best work from afar. Myth looked at her for a split second before raising his coiled whip in his one hand.
Dai glared at the boy. "Because the look in your eye says that you are looking for a fight, even though I have done nothing to make you want to provoke me but simply ask you for help on the knowledge of my whereabouts, but even with that, you were a little smartass." He folded his arms across his chest, ready to just dart off and find a cave to escape this boy.
