The orc huffs lowly, carrying the various bread he managed to scrape the septim together he had left for today. However, he only managed to bought three, and the merchant had the audacity to sell them to him in higher price. Feh. It's the only thing the large fellow could think. If only the bakery he usually bought in wasn't closed today. He would of kept mumbling something angrily, though the thought of making himself some food tonight brightened up his mood slightly.
Borish kept along his usual route, heading back to his remote home near the mountains. No longer muttering, the orc began to hum something instead.

Larok was heading up the path from the opposite direction. His armor clanked as he stomped up the path, kicking up a bit of dry dirt in his wake. In one hand he drew from a glass pipe and in the other he led a large draft horse who looked to be tired out and on its last leg. It's brown fur was caked in sweat, but still Larok pulled it onward. It was no use to stop- he knew the beast needed to be tended to by someone who had at least half a clue more than himself. The thought had crossed his mind that perhaps he would at least have a bit of meat if the creature keeled over- But he found himself with an annoying sense of pride for it. Perking up a bit, he found it interesting as he passed by another orc- he didn't see many of his own kind on his travels in Skyrim. He gave a courtesy nod as he passed, but then it seemed he remembered something important. He turned, shouting after the other gruffly, "Hey! Where's the closest stable from here?"
The orc turned to face the other. He raises an eyebrow, looking at the worn out animal and back other. Shaking his head, he frowns and answers. "No, sadly." He pauses for a moment. He could have continued along his path but seeing the horse struggling, well.. Boris grunts. He has enough troubles of his own. He doesn't need to help some animal that's about fall over and die soon.
But damn it. Sighing, he opens his mouth to speak ones more. "But my home is nearby. If you wish, you may come along. I can tend to the horse."

He cursed under his breath- What kind of place had no stable? Just when he thought about putting the poor beast down and smoking the meat with a bit of sage and lemongrass he heard his addition. "You'd do that? I honestly don't have a clue what's wrong with her, though. Just started acting all funny this morning." He shrugged, "If you want to see what you can do, though, I have gold." He took another puff from his pipe, thinking to himself that he had lucked up. At least, he hoped he had. Larok decided if nothing could be done at least they could share the meat so it wouldn't all go to waste.
