Where do we craft watering cans?

At an anvil. I'm pretty sure one was set up in the main camp.

Hah, I saw TheCreator7 for a moment and was like "who's gonna tell them. . ." but I thought "maybe they'll figure it out?" I didn't want them to feel silly!

Then again, I feel rather silly myself, making tons of flatbreads and wasting my eggs when they could have gone to cake for oils.
I got some extracts though, if anybody needs those!
