Kaer Tian was never very impressive. But its always been home to those..."Less then desierable." It was always the one placve we could feel safe...Well as safe as anyone in out line of work can be.

While worlds like Arcadia were filled with gleaming apartments and well-maintained skywalks, the Small Planet that was Kaer-Tian was dominated by decaying urban landscape and congested, polluted cities. The World was protected by planetary shields. Anything illegal elsewhere could be bought and sold on Kaer-Tian, and many young smugglers, pirates and criminals started their careers on the Smugglers' Haven. Various sections of Kaer Tian are controlled by the Takaen Cartel and other criminal organizations. But right now. Its been left to rot under the boot of one Ekal Natz. A Young Takaen punk that lives in the moment instead of thinking ahead. So he tend to let his sectors rot while he enjoys the small pleasures in life. It was given to him by his uncle. A Crimelord named Masha. One of the many men in the galaxy you never wanted to piss off.

Despite the criminal activities on the Smugglers' Haven, it was known that many of the galaxy's most advanced technologies were actually developed on Kaer-Tian. Corporations that wanted to avoid regulations that prohibited testing often developed such dangerous and even valuable technology within the lower levels of the city of the planet. Red Tape no longer a concern to the researchers of these new wonders. Simply put, Kaer-Tian is where to go if you want to get things done.

Radac Leaned up against a wall. Arms crossed and coat flowing softly as he quietly watched the importing dock. What he was exactly doing was unknown. He appeared to be waiting or looking for something. Maybe a Talent scout for one of the local groups. Or a dealer of a sort waiting for business. You never knew here. But you always had the guarantee of having something interesting to do. The city was always awake. The Club was always serving any vice in the galaxy. The market had anything you needed. The Gangs were always hiring and the Job board always had work for those in need of Credits.You simply needed to find you way here.

She'd be walking the streets, She had on a brown coat, and she was missing a leg and an eye that were replaced by robotic prosthetic's, looking for someone to hire. You see she was the leader of a gang known as the "Pirates" and there was a rival gang known as the "Alzieds." They've been rivals for years but this... this, was the straw that broke the camel's back. There was a meeting between gangs and the Leaders of those gangs were all seated at a table to discuss...business but then the Alzied leader was sent for an assassination mission on the original leader of the Pirates. He pulled out a pistol and shot him right in the head. That was 24 hours ago. Zennia was made into the new leader due to her being the second highest rank in the gang. She'd walk up to Radac. ``Ya up for an assassination mission?`` She'd ask him with a thick Scottish accent.

"I've never really been much of a team player, but these salesman did manage to get me here in decent time." I surveyed the import yard searching for my contact. He didn't tell me his name just that he was mostly cybernetic, which fits half of the people here. I grabed my stomach grunting in pain as the hunger began to gnaw at me once again. "I need to find somewhere to rest soon." My eyes glanced over a metal man speaking to a woman with cybernetics. "Perhaps he's the man I'm looking for".

Radac spots 234 and waves him over. Pushing off the wall he was leaning on as he looks at the Cybernetic woman. "Sorry lady. I'm the one doing the hiring today." He says then nods to 234 as he gets near. "You must be Numbers. You still in on the job? Like we said. Help us clear the joint out and you can ransack the servers for any info you want. But only after I copy everything for my boss." He reitterates. Crossing his arms over his armored chest as he awaits a response from the Goliath of a being in front of him. It wasn't that he was overly tall. He was just so packed with muscle it was hard to know where it began and ended.

He then looks at Zennia. "Are you the new Pirate boss? Why not just send your merry men after your target?" He asks. The frown on his face clear in his voice. His actual features hidden behind his helmet. But a soft red glow was apparent in his visor to anyone with an attention for detail. Unlike alot of Mercs these days he carried a sword on his hip as well. Heavily modified like the rest of his body.

``They're a bunch a ****in' pansies. They're too scared to fight the Alzieds`` She'd say angrily. ``But alright I'll just take 'em on my own... it's not like I was going to pay 10'000 credits`` She'd say as she was inspecting one of her revolvers. ``Well I'll be off now and if you want to be hired you can find me at the Pirates homebase`` She'd say as she began walking away and back to the base. She'd walk inside and would walk into a room with a small armory and a comms station. She'd pull out a phone and would type in a number. `` 'Ello I do have to thank you for takin' out my boss but i'm having some trouble getting that sack a nuts and bolts for ya weapon``

I crossed my arms and stared at the metal man, curious on how he functioned. I need that data but they cannot keep anything related to the All Father project or the Cryptem virus. That data is too dangerous for anyone to get a hold of especially these crime lords. I don't need another planet falling to the disease.
"Let us be clear on one thing. Any and all data on the All Father program and the Cryptem virus belong to me the rest of the data is up for grabs. If this is an issue I will only have twice as many people to clear out and I do hate getting metal stuck between my teeth. Do we have a deal?"
I outstretched my arm to shake his hand, I could feel my veins twitch beneath the skin. "I cannot spend to much time discussing this, the hunger calls for flesh. I've spent too long on that ship.

Radac watches the pirate leader leave. Leering Abit as she turns away. He then looks at the man in front of him and chuckles. "I wouldn't go around making off handed threats....might bite off more then you can chew." He says in a deadpan tone. But then he looks over the man's shoulder. "But we have no interest in the data you speak of. Were after something else." He then turns away and starts walking. "Let's go. I'll introduce you to the other two team members. Then we will head out and get this over with." He promises. Boots thudding on the metal underneath as he heads off. Cutting through the rest of the promoters and recruiters.

"Before I can work I will need somewhere to replenish my energy." This man would be very surprised at just how much I can chew. While I'm certain I can kill him with little loss of biomass the repercussions seem like they would be rather tedious. I despise having to work with these people, but if it keeps another world from falling like my home like my friends I will gladly pay any cost. "Also what is your name? I grow rather tired of stalking in the shadows going off of descriptions of my contacts like some roach."

I was on a rooftop somewhere admiring the city but I was here for weapons and fights I was looking for a weapon maker that can replicate weapons of legend like Excalibur gae bolg balmung and or just advanced technology in general I was looking for it and opportunities to use it as I suddenly ran across roof tops and launched off one into a flip and landed on my feet.

The Cybirg sighs. "Plenty of Bars around. Go do whatever you have to. You have one hour then we start. With or without you." He says then points to what looked like a Nightclub. "We will be waiting there. Gearing up and so on. Just tell the doorman you're a friend of Cross. He will get you to us...remember one hour...and my Name's Radac." He then pushes through the crowd. Leaving the Goliath of a man behind as he slinks Into the building. The buzz of the crowd making him go unnoticed to the masses. None of them had any idea of how things would change soon. There would be new power players soon. The Takaen have been running things long enough.

I had no idea who he just referred to and decided to go to the club anyways and I looked around and went and leaned against a wall rather bored I wondered if there was anything fun to do or if there were any people with loose tech and money.

He's sat in the club at the bar, a small shot glass filled with rum pressed against the side of his face. The music was blaring and the bar was crowded. On either side of him stood a line of people, and pressed against his back was another wave trying to get refills on their drinks. His eyes were trained on dancers at the far end of the club. His hand -- still holding the shot glass -- slowly lowered from the side of his face to bring the glass to his lips. He downed the drink quickly and put his glass onto the bar. Mac turned his head to look around the club. A man caught his eye. A cyborg making his way through the crowded club. He turned his head back to the dancers, paying the man no mind... It was none of his business where he was going; he liked to keep his nose as clean as possible.

She'd burst in through the doors of club. She'd walk over to the bar and would sit down. ``Give me two glasses a rum`` She'd ask the bartender. After she got the glasses she started to drink both of them. She was later on her 10th glass later on and was extremely drunk.

He looks at the woman sitting at the bar. Leaning forward he talks, raising his voice so she can hear.
"You quite the drinker eh?" He says, ordering another drink for himself after. He downs it somewhat inspired by the newcomer. Mac taps his finger on the table and whistles for the bartender. "Say, what's gotta happen to a woman that they gotta drink so much, anyway?" Mac says to the newcomer with a sheepish grin.

``Oi you see that's none of ya buisness`` She was clearly drunk and her speech was slurred. ``I-I can have your-`` She'd just black out due to her being extremely drunk.

He looks at her wide-eyed, waiting for her to finish her sentence... His mouth opens when he sees her pass out.
"Alright then..." he finishes his latest fill and gets up off his stool. "Guess I'm supposed to do somethin' 'bout this... Unless anyone wants to help." He says looking around as he's not quite sure what to do. He simply puts a hand on her back, patting her with some force in an attempt to wake her up.

She'd cough a bit and would wake ``Aye, Thanks`` She'd get off the stool and would walk out of the bar. She'd have a bottle of rum and as she stumbled back to her base she dropped it and it would shatter. ``Shit.`` She'd walk back to the bar and would buy another bottle. She'd then stumble out of the door of the club.

Yasoi walked into the club with her exoskeleton making mechanical sounds and she sat down at the bar "give me a whiskey" she asked the bartender and once she got it she drank it and her ears swiveled as she heard around her and her tail swayed gently and she drank another 5 glasses and she looked around at the others barely looking drunk

"Anytime." Mac said to the woman, his eyes following her as she walked out. A sheepish grin held on his face. "Interestin' lady" he says to himself.

He looked at the girl with ears drinking liquoir like it was water. "All kinda ladies 'round here that are good at drinkin'" Mac said, chuckling. "Don't end up like the last lady now. I don't wanna be causin' a scene here.."
