Gob and his characters have flitted in and out of so many settings over the years, and I've adored reading and playing with them all, as he approaches each character in ways unique, unexpected, and often compelling. The player himself is kind and goodhearted, but let none of us forget how absolutely, hecking funny he is, too. What can I say about Rook that I've not already said over the years? An amazing long-term partner, keeper of the ships, and with ridiculous stamina for scenes large and small, Rook has been responsible for some of my absolute favorite character dynamics and scenes over the past several years. In a year in which old RP friends of bygone days seem to be coming back around, I'm especially happy to see my favorite Tortall-loving, werewolf-wielding Berry slip back into my gaming life (even as she's never really left otherwise!) A fellow old-timer, and a person I will always see as a friend. He's come a long ways in the time I was on hiatus, and he welcomed me back as though I'd never left. He's good people and he will always have my respect for it. The characters he creates are so distinct and full of life, and it amazes me that he can play the range of personalities that he does. Voidsquid is an immensely talented and creative individual of whom I have somehow had the pleasure of connecting with. I'm not sure how I fell into his crowd but I am forever grateful and hope I never have to leave. While we don't RP constantly, the stories I have written with him are some of the best! I hope I continue to get the chance to be his friend and write more RP! I adore him and I hope everyone else gets the chance to get to know him as well. Atropa is not only a fantastic artist, but a great person and a wonderful writer. She is the most patient and understanding person I have had the privilege of knowing. I've known Auberon a long time and unfortunately I have never gotten the chance to write with them but there is so much more to them than their talented character creation! I have commissioned them multiple times for art and have been stunned every time. I have also had the privilege of being able to chat with them from time to time and they have always been kind and generous with their time. JustAWolf is an all around upstanding and great guy. He has become a steady presence in my life that I can turn to when I am feeling down and I know he will pick me up. He is kind, patient and understanding; willing to deal with my hectic life that sometimes make RP hard. I am forever blessed having met Mars and interacted with him not only as a fellow RPer but also as a friend. While we may not talk or RP every day; the times we do talk and especially write together are genuinely the highlights of my day. He writes such interesting characters, is a genuine friend and to top it off an amazing artist! You can't go wrong with that combination
