Crawling Purple People Eater Defeated!

Great work friends! You've defeated the Crawling Purple People Eater! Getting access to the gates should be that much easier for those working on solving riddles and puzzles.

Looks like the Hero and the Princess had a bit of an adventure as a result of this win!

Hero and Princess jump back to avoid slime from the purple people eater exploding. They land in a mine cart and it sets off down the tracks. Another cart with skeletons emerges from a side tunnel.

There’s a fight between them.

The chase ends when the Princess grabs a crystal as they pass by, she gets laser eye vision and blasts the track behind, causing the skeleton cart to crash.

Princess: It’s going to blow!

Hero and Princess jump back, not realizing there’s a ledge behind them. The purple people eater explodes and they fall back, landing in the cart. Their momentum sets the cart rolling down the tunnel and we see their heads peer over the top.

Hero: This can’t be good.

Princess: Look for the brakes to stop this thing.

As if on cue, they pass a tunnel, another cart with skeletons emerges from it.

Princess: Nope, forget the breaks!

Arrows fly by. Princess returns fire, one of her arrows strikes a skeleton, knocking its skull off.

Hero: Well, I guess he won’t be getting ahead.

More arrows fly by. They duck.

Hero: We need to lose them!

Princess looks around for ideas, reaches out and grabs a crystal as they race by. Her eyes glow, Hero ducks as laser beams flash out, blasting the cave walls.

Princess: Woah! I see why you liked this power!

She fires again, better aimed and strikes at the track behind them. The skeleton cart hits the gap and crashes. Hero and Princess’ cart continues along the track, around the corner and slows. They jump out and hear skeleton noises coming from one of the tunnels. The Princess grins, her eyes still glowing.

Princess: Let's go!

They charge down the tunnel.
