The volcanic quakes in 2021 have revealed a series of volcanic tunnels, some of which lead into... less natural caverns! What adventures lie before us?Vision impaired? Read a description of this video here.
The camera pans over the mountains, the volcano from last year comes into view and we close in. As we get closer, the sounds of stones being chipped away get louder.
Cut to inside the caves, one of the adventurers breaks a rock revealing a tunnel behind.
Adventurer: I found a tunnel, look!
The others gather around.
Hero: Let’s see where it leads.
They make their way through the narrow tunnel, emerging into the last dwarven mine. The crystals (we only see the glow, not the crystals) start to glow, lighting up the huge chamber.
Princess: Send word to the Repository, a new adventure awaits!
There are even reports that in some of the caverns, there are glowing crystal formations, veeeeery similar to the ones we saw in 2019. You know, the ones that gave us all random, temporary super powers?
Epic Week is our annual birthday bash! It kicks off in the morning of April 24th, the same day that the site first opened its doors to the public. This year, April 24th falls on a Sunday!
Epic Week is a week of contests, prizes and new releases. But the main draw is the site-wide plot with multiple ways that players can become involved. The plot changes every year, but the entire community advances through it as a group. For example, there are no individual "levels" - the entire site "levels up" at the same time through group achievements.
Make sure you mark your calendar and join in the fun!
This is an OOC event -- you won't need to prepare any character profiles to participate in it!

I will be working during a lot of it, but I must admit, it will be the first official attempt to participate in an Epic Week for me! I hope I can contribute in my small window of time. It looks fun and I have heard wonderful things!
