Darth's Surprise! - RP Repository

After Darth_Angelus made us such an incredible cinematic anniversary gift, a secret message was inserted into the sidebar of the site, visible to all members but him. It called for messages of thanks that could be sent to him in one giant card. When the time came, it was packaged with a trophy, and shipped across the vast oceans to England.

I just received this message from Darth_Angelus:

"Earlier this morning, a Sith Lord's slumber was rudely interupted by someone knocking on his throne room door. Angrily and with lightsaber in hand, the Sith marched from his meditation chamber to find out what the noise was all about.

He was greeted by a terrified looking intergalactic deliverman, who anxiously presented an ancient relic from the Repository.

Curiousity dulled the Sith's rage and he opened it as the deliverman looked on in fear. Inside, a trophy to mark the Sith's accomplishments, a letter from the Queen of the Repository and many notes of thanks and appreciation from the RPR community.

"I did not expect any of this," he said as he read through everything carefully, admiring the art people had drawn and started thinking about how much all these people mean to him.

So moved by this gift and all the kind words, the Sith Lord spared the life of the deliveryman.

This time...

Thank you everyone for that. When I made the videos for the anniversary, I didn't really expect anything in return but you surprised me and it means a lot. This card has found a spot on top of a small shelf behind my monitor, where I can always see it and it will be a constant reminder of how fantastic this site is and the people who call it home."

You've done oh so much for us, without even making a fuss!
The valiant hero who asks for no reward, that's Darth, who made the lovely videos, without even asking for a one or a zero!

Seeing your work has given me chills, but for you it must have been like climbing a hill!
But I hope you know how much we appreciate your work! Hell if I was single I would ask you on a date! ;p

So keep moving forward our awesome mod, cause we'll be here, cheering you on! Thank you for the lovely job!
