Here it is. The RP finder. It's a game changer.This system incorporates things we've had on the site for many years, and jumbles them all together into something new and amazing. That feels so appropriate for our anniversary!
By simply moving three sliders up and down, you can find and create remarkably targeted RP games. Find other people who want to play in the sort of settings you love, with the sort of writing style that you can't get enough of. Use kudos to get a sense of the RP styles potential partners excel at, and determine if that meshes with what you like to do too.
Because games are only listed when the host has been active on the site in the last 10 minutes, you will never find yourself responding to a RP idea that has expired.
I've done my level best to boil down the essential qualities of a RP setting and style to as simple a set of criteria as humanly possible, to connect people who are going to adore playing with each other.
Give it a try. You'll love it.

I said it yesterday but I'm going to say it again, I absolutely love love love what you've done with the RP Finder. It is an amazing piece that I think every user is really going to be able to delve right into and enjoy using. It's simple, easy to use, and most importantly it helps make what is already great about the site even greater. I cannot fathom the amount of work and coding that went into that, but hats off to you all what a fabulous feature!

PS. Even thought I don't RP on RPR, that new feature is amazing. Especially the randomize a story/game. Really clever and so easy to use.

You could even use it to find RP on other games, if you made a note in the concept window that you intended to carry out the actual RP on Furcadia (or wherever!). Once you've found your partners, you can use groups, PMs or the public forums to carry out the RP, so there's nothing stopping you from going to messengers of another variety too.
