Friday RP Prompt

RP prompts may be complete plot ideas, a single situation, a character, a feeling, a challenge, or even a photo to use as inspiration. Start a new RP to play them out, or use them to add a twist to an existing RP. Modify them, take inspiration from them, or use them as is!

You wake up with a small group of others in an underground city, clearly spanning miles in every direction. Aside from this group, you seem to be alone, except for a voice you can all hear in your minds.

This is a really nice science fiction prompt. You could go so many directions with it. From being a victim to a Big Brotheresque 1984ish government takeover to an AI takeover to an alien abduction to a mass hallucination (which I never understood, because it's it not a hallucination at all, then?) or a shared dream...this could go so many ways. Good choice. Makes me think of Plato's allegory of the cave too. So many ideas, so little time.
