The mountain at the center of Dragon's Rest used to be brother to two other mountains, before Cirradae split it from the mainland using her earth magics. If you sailed to the northern part of the island, you can still see the scarred portion where the break occurred. -

Priest/Priestess - (may be multiple) Leader of the monks/acolytes of a particular religious sect. If one were to take an interest in building such, a chapel could be made to suit any religious preference.
Monks/Acolytes - followers of the chapel faith, led by the Priest/Priestess
Hunter - brings in meat and furs for the town by setting traps for the wild pig, goat, deer and hare that are in abundance on the island.
Woodsman/Carpenter - provides lumber for construction, as well as builds furniture for current residents of the town
Tanner/Seamstress - provides clothing for the town by trading with the Hunter for furs to fashion into leather, which is then sewn into wearable clothing
Townfolk - general residents of the town - usually farmers or gardeners to some degree, as they must have something to trade for other services in town
City Dwellers
Guardsmen - armed militia in charge of keeping the peace in the underground city.
Farmers/Laborers - provide most of the food for the city, as well as the manpower to construct new buildings
Smith - in charge of arming the guardsmen as well as making and repairing tools for city-dwellers
Jailer - in charge of the Cells, and in ensuring prisoners are kept comfortable but secure until they can be brought to trial before the Regent
Priest of Shieth - usually a male role. Maintains the Shrine of Shieth within the city and meets regularly with the dragons to ensure proper offerings are being made.
Apothecary - provides poultices, salves, ointments, and oils for city folk with common ailments, as well as maintaining the supply of such for the Healers to use in the infirmary
Healer(s) - maintain the health and well-being of city dwellers by caring for injuries and administering treatment as needed
Baker - provides bread and baked goods for the city folk, and trades with townies as needed
Seamstress - provides clothing and alterations to city folk
Butcher - usually works closely with the town Hunter, providing both fresh and preserved meats to the city
Citizens - general residents of the city
