To Whom This May Concern,
Welcome all. Now that you have joined Faexmiara, Institute of Magic and the Magical Arts, I would like to help you through the beginning of your long journey at Faexmiara. This of course shall be your student housing. Here at Faexmiara, the students are assigned to dormitories of which they are surrounded by students with similar morals if you will.
For those who have what is considered as "good" morals, then they shall be placed in the Iustus, Misericordia or Transcendentem houses. Their house colors are lighter than the houses, but this is only a work of design.
For those who are of what is considered "evil", then they shall be placed in the Ascendentibus, Ambitiosa, or Sybaritanus. Their house colors tend to be darker than the other houses, but this is to contrast the houses with good morals.
Finally, for those who are neutral mortals are put in one of the following three houses: Concordia, Pragmaticam, or Autonomae. Their house colors are noticeably brighter, more basic, and/or more colorful compared to the other houses. This is to contrast that they aren't good nor evil, so their colors are in the middle.
Lastly, a side note shall be in order. Do to the nature of Sybaritanus house members, it shall be warned that there are harsher punishments for breaking any and all rules on campus. This is to protect the other students, and even other classmates in Sybaritanus. For those in Sybaritanus House: Please save your world domination for another day (or at least summer break if that is what you fancy.)
