The Galactic Spartan Empire is divided into 3 Sectors:
-The Core, the innermost Sector, in which all planets are heavily defended by redundant planetary shields, 1 Heavy Defense Station per planet, and round the clock Capital ship patrols. The Core is off limits to other empires.
-The Inner Sector, the middle Sector, in which planets are protected by planetary shields, 2-3 Defense Stations per system, and round the clock warship patrols
-The Outer Sector, which is lightly defended
