A seaside cavern that hosts a wide variety of sea-life. The gentle waves that make it inside the cave are relaxing to resting Pokemon and the outcrop on top of the cavern offers an excellent place to nest for bird Pokemon. It's fairly deep and does continue on, underwater. There are six different "rooms" of the cavern, between the winding and wet rocks.
The people of Whalerdrake wanted to flatten the top of the Cavern long ago, to place a light house there. This would have assisted the ferryman in arriving at the early hours, where the beach side is usually covered in a thick fog. But the idea was voted against by the facility of the Nirvana Reserve and some concerned citizens.
