Roy was busy getting his outfit ready for the day. Today was his big day, the day he left for his journey to travel around the region. He dressed in his trademark outfit, blue jeans, a blue shirt, and a blue cap. His room was decorated with his favorite teams, the Nimbasa City Royals and the Nimbasa City Chiefs. The room was gold, red, and blue all over the place. As he was getting himself, he had some Kenny Jackson. Upon getting ready, he picked up and hugged his beloved Espurr tightly before turning his attention to Eevee. "So, are you two ready for this?" Roy asked the two Pokemon. The two happily nod in agreement.
Much of his house is largely decorated with the Nimbasa City teams. Downstairs, his father had the Royals game going where the Accumula Cubs were trailing 7-4. Roy had rushed down the stairs to join his family for breakfast, his mouth practically watering at his favorite meal. "Thank you for the meal!" Roy said excitedly.
"Sure thing, kid. We wanted make sure you were full before heading out." His father said, rustling Roy's hair.
"Are you sure you'll be fine away from the ranch?" His mother was fretting as she usually does. "Of course, mother. As long as I have these two with me, I'll be just fine." Roy responded with a smile.
