House Application qualifications:
Must be a char that appears regularly in the dream (for the most part, we understand RL happens, but there are limits).
Char must have the means to acquire a house, or at least have it gifted to them.
Must submit a post on the forums as to which house you want, for which char, what they want the sign to say, if there’s anything special that needs to be in there, and the reason your char can afford or was gifted a home.
Step 1: Check and see which homes are open. Then screen-shot that home by standing in front of the door. If possible include landmarks in the screen-shot or in text of the application.
Step 2: Post on the forums under housing apps how long you’ve been here (approx.), what your char does, and how much they pay (or have paid for them) each month. If you're unsure about the rent we can chat and come to an amount.
Step 3: Staff will review the app, chat about it a little, then make a decision and send you a PM or whisper.
Business Applications:
Are exactly the same as home applications, though the requirements will be a little heavier on the IC-time department. We won't expect you to be there every time a PC customer walks in, yet we need a char to be around to do business. If RL issues come up please let us know when possible so that we do not assume that you've flaked when there is a legitimate reason for an absence.

Staying in the tavern is 2 copper per night, but a weekly/monthly deal can be worked out for 4 silver per month.
3x3 Home: 6-7 silver per month.
3x4 home: 13-14 silver per month.
The big one by the healer: 20 silver per month.
To help you work budgets, you should probably leave between 5 and 10 silver left over for things like food, maintenance, etc. That's before luxuries like clothing (yes, clothing is a luxury.)
