The streets of the city always surprised Varian no matter how many times he step foot on those beige, yellow-ish stones of the roads and sidewalks there. He lived in the Farmlands most of the time, with his dad Quirin, but had traveled here with his pet raccoon friend, Ruddiger, to gather some supplies to work on his alchemy. He was currently trying to make an Eco-Friendly way to get rid of what few plastics were left in this world. Plastics being burned had caused problems with the air and polluted the areas around said factories, so Varian was hoping to get the right materials to engineer something to do similar but not to pollute and affect the environment.
"Sprockets? No, no, gears! Ah how I wish I didn't leave that list at home." Varian's brain was all over the place right now. He had forgotten the list of things he needed and now he forgot what the heck was on it. "Ruddiger, do you remember anything?" He glanced at the raccoon perched on his shoulder, but the raccoon only replied with a titter as he shook his head.
"Okay, so you don't." Varian sighed. "I guess I can just try to remember and if I forget anything I can just travel back here." He muttered quietly as he watched where his feet were going... He had heard that some places of the City Square, even if the environment was lovely, there were thieves and criminals, so he kept alert for that too just in-case. He wouldn't want to get robbed or kidnapped.
It wasn't bad, per se, if you knew where to keep away from.
