Ozzy had growled softly when Red called him Fido and had took off to find firewood until now. He brought back quite a few large chunks of wood and dropped them beside the fire. His blue eyes moved to Lagg and his head tilted to the side in confusion. It was hard for the kid to tell if the guy was male or female at first. Ozzy had never met anyone like that before so it was more than a little weird to him. An ear flicked and he looked at the ocean. There, like an oasis in the middle of a desert, floated a pair of pants. The wolf took off bounding towards the water hyperly and dove in to rescue the pants. If Red was gonna taunt and tease the wolf, he wanted to be able to burn him right back.. if it happened again. He had heard Lagg call Red 'fine' and shuddered a little more than usual when he shook out his fur after saving the pants. Wolf trotted up the beach and sat them down before diving back in the water after a fish. He couldn't let Red show them all up by being the only one to get food. He dropped the fish next to the firewood, grabbing his pants again and going to the treeline to shift forms. Ozzy walked back to their camp moments later and plopped down next to the fish. The pants were big on the slender teen and baggy enough to cover his feet. Yeah, this would be interesting. "Got a knife in that bag?" he asked Kasie. If not, he'd have to 'make' one somehow.
She had been bored out of her mind and hadn't noticed that the wolf was now back to human form. Those sky was still somewhat sunny so it wasn't late enough to sleep yet. Kasie sat up when Ozzy began talking to her, a knife.. Usually she would have. She dug around in her backpack but found nothing, "Not today it seems.. sorry." She informed him. Go figure the day they would need one, she wouldn't carry it. While he was figuring out what to use for a knife, she went off to the side to hunt out a long stick. After she had found one moments of digging around, Kasie would go sit by the fire and draw in the sand, "Thanks for going after some form of food as well." [Had some issues or would've jumped back in earlier when I was notified.]
Ozzy murmured a few curse words under his breath and got up to go find a rock or two when Kasie went to get her stick. He'd manage to find flint, by a dash of fleeting luck and smacked it against another rock to form a sharp edge. At least now he also had a firsestarter if needed, in case macho hybrid gets killed or separated from them. Oz sat down next to the fire as well and started cleaning the fish to cook. He'd seen his dad do it a long time ago on fishing trips but he wasn't nearly as graceful. Either way, he was trying. "No problem," he shrugged lightly, "Fishing is less dangerous than hunting God knows what too, so we can always fall back on fish. Only immediate danger of diving in the ocean like that a lot is sharks or jellyfish. Or stingrays.." (No worries.)
Kasie hadn't heard the words murmured, had she? A few comments would be made on the 'true' meaning of the words instead of the 'bad' meanings. While he was cleaning the fish and she was drawing, curiosity grew when he spoke of sharks. She'd only seen them on the internet or television, where they just as huge..? Another what about Jellyfish and Stingrays..? She'd seen jellyfish on Sponge Bob but knew that the real ones wouldn't look like that. "Have you seen those things before? Are the jellyfish pink like on Bob bob?" Question after question, that's how one usually learns though. Without asking, you wouldn't truly know the answers.
He looked up from his fish project when she asked him a question. "Not really," he answered, "I've seen them on movies and shows on TV.. Most jellyfish are translucent. But some have colored parts with pink, red or blue though. I know they're dangerous if Finding Nemo had any credibility..." A soft laugh was given and he went back to carving up the fish. He'd still need to go snag some sharp sticks to roast it over the fire on after he filleted it enough. "I reeaallly wouldn't advice jelly fishing," he said thoughtfully, thinking of Spongebob.
She nodded, taking note he only saw them on TV as well. "You know.. Clown Fish take on a female form if the mother dies to keep the cycle going. Meaning the son or father will change to keep it going.. They were supposed to make a sequel.." Poor Nemo. A snicker escaped her about his suggestion not to go jelly fishing. "But Squidward.. It'll be fuuuun!" Riiight, sure it would. Until one got stung and needed to go to the hospital because it was stuck wrapped around them or something. Kasie stretched her back popping all the way down, it felt somewhat better now.
Ozzy's face took on confusion when she talked about clown fish. "So I guess Marlin is gonna be Marleen..." he joked softly. At the Squirdward comment he held his nose and gave his best Squirdward voice, "Jelly fishing.... HA! Only a barnacle head could find fun in jelly... fishing. Ha-ha haaaaa, ha haaaa." He had finished cleaning his fish by now and looked around. "Are you done with your stick?" he asked curiously, "I'm trying to avoid walking around in these baggy pants as much as I can. I almost tripped while go.." At least he wasn't afraid to admit it.
Shrugged "I know.. It's weird." She learned from a friend way back while watching the movie. Kasie cracked up holding her sides when he tried to pull a Squidward voice. "That was actually pretty good!" She calmed down some when he asked her a question and nodded before handing it over. "Why not just rip the bottom part off to make them fit? Afterall they aren't originally yours.." The owner was probably somewhere else.. or dead by now....
He jabbed the fish with the stick laughing when she'd complimented the Squirdward impersonation, "I watch too much Spongebob." The fish was being held over the fire casually as they spoke. "Ehhh.. I guess I could," he nodded, "But it'd leave my ankles open to brush and junk. Wait! I got it." Stick was shoved in his mouth a moment and he rolled the bottoms of the legs up just past his ankles. "Ta da," he said past the stick before grabbing it back in his hand again and going back to cooking. Luckily Red hadn't seen the stick in his mouth or he'd have surely had some sort of dog crack to make about it. Oz rolled his eyes at the thought. The two of them likely wouldn't get along all that well if things kept up at this rate.
Kasie gave him a smile, "No worries, Heather and I do too." Those eyes went to watch the flames hit the fish for a few moments until he spoke up again, that attention turned his way and she snickered. "I would've dropped it by now, let alone speak with it." She had been referring to the stick, "Good idea." Heather and her had another Bob Bob buddy now, least they could quote things and not look as stupid. That Gir hood was pulled over her head and it's ears and tongue stuck out; looking as though the green dog was eating her brain. Even though she didn't use it at times didn't mean it wasn't there, Kasie just chooses to no be serious and smart to get people to laugh. It works and usually makes their day better, so there was a good side to it all. Those hands reached out to the fire to warm them up, that mind going elsewhere. Most likely on her texts that would probably be blowing up about now. Oh well, least now she can actually take the no cell challenge and win it!
Heather had been spacing in and out after Red left, and the comment from Lagg had her all sorts of flustered still. She sat down in the sand, mindful of her dress so she didn't flash anyone and tried to dry off by the fire. When Ozzy was human again she smiled brightly at him, her face a little heated from the fact that the scrawny little guy had abs. 'Course he did, most werewolves did in the movies! Jacob in Twilight for example... She burst into laughter at Ozzy's Squidward impersonation too when Kasie did, holding her own sides. "You're so goofy wolf boy," she grinned, laughing all over again when he put the stick in his mouth. Yep, Red would have probably said something about that if he'd been back by now. Speaking of... where was Red? He said he wouldn't take long and the sun was starting to set. They'd need some sort of shelter or something if they didn't want to freeze tonight right? Or maybe Ozzy can shift back and keep them warm since he had all that fur... "What are we gonna do about shelter guys?" she asked them curiously as she chewed on her lip, "We can't just sleep out in the open can we?..." She shivered at a thought, "What if the fire attracts something...." And her anxiety started all over again since her bodyguard was gone.
Lunar was on the whole other side of the island, unprepared for such events. A pair of those ripped up jeans and a belly shirt. On her feet were those old leather spiked boots. That black hair was straight and flowing every time a breeze went by. It was in a style she'd been doing the past week, she was alone, sitting there beside the water those teal orbs watching the sun go down slowly. She always loved the sight of it, femme used to watch it all the time at Pulse after most went to bed for the night. When the ship crashed she was one of the lucky few who were on a boat, however upon reaching land they all separated. Would her friends even recognize her when she does get back home? That aura had a hint of darkness to it now, and not everyone saw the new hair and look she had. Many thoughts were going through her mind now and that heart ached deep inside. Lunar missed them.. Where was Blood? The least she could've done was tell her she was leaving for a bit.. 'Stupid!' her mind interrupted.

Ozzy laughed playfully, "I'm used to chewing on sticks." Wait... That sounded stupid. He smacked himself in his mind and laughed at himself, "I mean, Dei and I used to play fetch sometimes. Wait.. That doesn't help my war with the vamp either does it?..." He cleared his throat and blushed when Heather called him goofy. "Sometimes," he grinned widely, pulling the fish from the stick and passing them around after sniffing a moment and deciding they were done. "Are you cold?" he asked Kasie curiously when he noticed her warming her hands. His attention turned to Heather when she asked about shelter. "Good question..." he sighed, "We need to make one. If not tonight, then tomorrow. I'll shift back when it gets colder and try to keep everyone warm, but until then we have the fi-" He trailed off when she said what if it attracted something. She was all sorts of pessimistic... Oz gulped. Something was wrong on top of everything else. Wasn't there a full moon coming up in a few days? He tried to keep track of it, for obvious reasons, but if he was here on the island he'd lose track of time likely... Already, fear crept into his stomach at the very idea of turning and killing someone. "Guys... I don't feel too good all of a sudden..." he said softly, his voice cracking a little painfully. Was it happening NOW? What was he supposed to do?? Was he gonna rip his new pants just like his old ones?! Maybe not, because they were big on him and his stature only grew so much during the full moon shift. (Sorry that took so long guys. I ran out to the store.)
Kasie laughed when Ozzy said he was used to chewing on sticks and even more when he admitted Dei and him played fetch. Wooooow. The conversations they were having. A finger only pointed that way before gasping just like how she treats Heather, "SO BLUSHIN!!" Typical Kasie for ya. As the fish was passed around she nommed on it, the girl hated fish but she was hungry. And Red wasn't back yet.. She wasn't sure if she should be worried or not why? Well, she didn't know him as much as her cousin did. A slight nod was given, "Only a bit, but it's better than being wet AND cold." While they spoke about shelter she was finishing up her fish; thinking on the subject as well. "It may take a bit, so we should start at sunrise.." Why did Ozzy cut off in his sentence? "Are you okay?" Kasie asked, worried now that it happened randomly. Those eyes shot to Heather basically begging her to come up with something due to the new sound to their survival partner's voice.
[Let's make this interesting! Everything in this RP will be void unless you WANT it to carry over. So don't be afraid to drown the avi or whatever when you're finished playing around with us! Sound good?]

She was dying at Ozzy's comments that only dug him further into a hole. It was adorable really. She accepted the fish too and nommed on it lightly. She hadn't ate all the chips given to her earlier as she was trying to ration them so this fish was welcomed thankfully. Even though she knew Red better than Kasie she'd never seen him fight. She didn't know what he was capable of so of course she was worried. Her eyes shot to Ozzy when he trailed off and she waited to hear his answer to Kasie asking if he was okay. She heard the crack of pain in his voice and was instantly concerned. "Ozzy?" she asked timidly. She met Kasie's gaze and her own eyes were huge. She didn't know what to do in this type of situation! (YUS! Feel free to try to eat/kill people. xD I think it'd be way more interesting too if we just played this out without worrying about carrying it over. Like heck, scratch me or Kasie if you want and start up a werewolf virus in us too. Give Red another reason to be at war with joo. ;O)
Lunar had no clue what was going on all the way over on the other side. Something was different though. Her head and chest began hurting more than before when she was missing her friends. That heart speeding, fangs grew longer and sharper all four of them causing the female to growl. Her lip was cut slightly in the process due to biting down. Lu was fighting her change so she didn't fully turn. She was only half wolf, it'd became something she was used to taming over the years. Those narrowed orbs changed from teal to a bright blue liquid. A pained yelp sounded around the area as those ears and tail pushed their way through her flesh. That heart pumping blood faster through her veins than normal caused that adrenaline to dangerously spike. Her mouth parted and head tilted back as she howled at the full moon. Perked back ears flicked up suddenly and that tail swayed, the need to run had her taking off in whatever direction she headed first. Most likely a loop around the area she was at. Lunar loved nature and was far more energetic like this, those wolf senses allowed her to notice quite a bit more than she usually would. But, that doesn't mean she picked up the others... yet. After all, she had been too far away, for now.
