HMMMM I have an idea to be inspired by mahito's ability to use his technique Idle Transfiguration to change his shape... Perhaps a woman who is very skills in coding, robotics and bio-engineers to make a body that can basically shift into any thing with the help on nano tech and advnaced alien tech.

Though I don't want it to be too heavy on the sci fi genre, remember this is supposed to also be victorian inspired

But the coding, robotics thing is totally okay and great, I'm just not sure about the other stuff like the shape shifting and such

Imma be honest... I don't see how Victorian era and Sci-fi even fit together. Isn't that just steam punk?
Nah steampunk is ran off of steam, cogs and gears. 
In this, electricity and technology run things. It's basically victorian era, but futuristic I guess
