The River Thames as it always did this time of year, has frozen over for the great Frost Fair, a wonderful event where salesmen would put their wares up for sale, ice sculpting contests would be hosted and even Space Ship Sled races.

Ciel had decided to attend the Frost Fair, wearing thick clothing to keep himself warm, and a scarf around his nose, and a hat on his head. He was pretty prone to getting sick during the winter season of Xemore, so he was careful not to catch anything from the cold weather.

He usually didn't go to big events unless ordered to by Her Majesty, but this time he went on his own. The people were loud, excited for the events the Frost Fair brought with it, but that was okay, Ciel just turned his Hearing Enhancement Device's volume knob down, just enough to not hurt his ears and just enough to be able to hear if he was spoken to.

He walked around in the marketplace, his hands stuffed in his pockets, glancing at all the eager salesmen shouting out what they had to sale, waving it around in their hand vigorously. Ciel made note to try and get a marketplace plot next Frost Fair for his toy company.

Mehana was standing by one of the stalls, happily drinking a cup of hot chocolate. He had his wings tucked nicely behind his back, the LEDs on them occasionally blinking.

The cold air didn't seem to bother him, but to be honest, he was covered in so many clothing layers.
"WOOO! SNOW!" Joot shouts as he jumps face first into a big pile of snow. Quickly getting up and shaking it all off his face afterwards with a giggle. "AND a party!? Today's gonna be SO COOL!" He runs around, looking at everything around.
Ashely walks into the fair area, smiling. "Ahh, such a loovely time, I love Snow..." She smiles, her tails waving behind her.

(btw, her birthday is a reference to the coolest and best mechanic in anime, Winry Rockbell from Fullmetal Alchemist)
Alois knew the Frost Fair was today, so he was quick to be there, and by quick, it meant that he spent far too long getting ready for it and arrived later than expected. Claude had insisted he was being too indecisive, but Alois refused to accept it and took longer just out of spite. "I love the Frost Fair!" He said out loud, twirling around giddily as he ran through the marketplace.

What he was looking forward to the most, was the ice sculpting contest, since he enjoyed seeing all the different ice statues.

He saw Ciel, gasped loudly and ran up to him and stopped right in-front of him, and slid a slight more to the point he almost bumped right straight into him. "Ciel! I didn't expect to see you here!" He looked Ciel up and down, before putting his hand on his hip and smirking. "You look cold as hell, are you sure you should be wanderin' about here?" He purred, pointing a finger at Ciel.
Ciel was suddenly met with Alois, who in which almost bumped into him. "Hello Trancy." He spat in a voice of discontentment, "I am a bit cold, yes. But I assure you I am just find walking through the Frost Fair." Ciel glared at the obnoxious blonde that stood in-front of him. "I should ask why you're here." Ciel added, pulling his hands out of his pockets to cross his arms, awaiting a (probably dumb) answer from Alois.

In the distance, he did hear Joot shouting about snow and parties, and Ashely speaking of the lovely snow weather, and if he turned his head, he'd be able to see Mehana happily sipping on his cup. But it seemed his main focus as of right now, was Alois, and getting rid of Alois so he could enjoy the Frost Fair without the sassy blonde. If Alois followed him, he'd just have to turn his Hearing Enhancement Device off, he was not going to listen to that weirdo.
Mehana noticed Ashely, and then Joot and waved with his free hand. "Hello! It's truly a wonderful day today, isn't it? I love the Frost Fair!" He smiled brightly, his wings untucking from behind his back.

They were a dark, silver color, that had neon green LEDs on the areas of where the wings articulated.
Ashely runs into the fair, laughing as her tails trail behind her. "OH I love snow!!!" She falls down, making a snow angel before jumping up a split second later to run towards the booths.
Alois grinned without showing his teeth, stepping to the side and around to Ciel's side and wrapping his arms around him in a loose hug, missing the whole concept of 'personal space' that he desperately should learn. "I'm here enjoying the Frost Fair, the same as you, Ciel~" He rested his head on Ciel's shoulder and let out a mischievous giggle. "I would have arrived here much earlier, but Claude was testing me and I wanted to spite him." Alois stuck his tongue out slightly and tapped his fingers along Ciel's ribcage one good time without really thinking.

"It's weird seeing you out on a non-order type of business." Alois mumbled, pulling away from Ciel, his hands gently slipping away from Ciel.
Ciel murmured angrily when the blonde snatched him into a hug, invading his personal space yet again. "Congratulations." He sarcastically said, about Alois and his spite for Claude. He then shuddered, not from the cold, but from Alois' fingers dancing along his ribcage. It tickled, but he wouldn't admit it. He was about to push the damn moron away, but Alois took the hint it seemed and let go of him.

Ciel grumbled as he straightened his coat, his scarf slipping off his nose and flopping around his neck, revealing his white breath to the cold air.

Nearby, a drunkard stumbled around, talking shit to people and seemed to be heading towards Ciel.
Mehana noticed Ashely and grinned at the snow angel she made, it reminded him of himself.

He grabbed a cup of hot chocolate from the stall, placing some more money on the counter, and then called Ashely over. "Excuse me, do you have some time for some cocoa?" He said with a warm, innocent voice. "It's fresh, thanks to my friend's technology here." Mehana stated. The stall owner rolled his eyes behind his visor and muttered, "You are making such a big deal over this cocoa, it's storebought--"

Mehana gave him a silent look as to say 'shut up' at his friend before looking back to Ashely.
She runs over, her usual serious demeanor when around electronics gone as she runs though the snow, shaking some off. "Sure, why not!" She smiles, taking the offer of Coco.
"Thank you, it is a great achievement of mine! Making sure Claude has a shit time!" Alois giggled, "Though, I'll say, I enjoy giving Hannah a even shittier time! The stupid woman!!" Alois said devilishly, and just like that, he practically calmed down with his mischief and lazily spoke up. "So, like, do you want to get some hot cocoa or something? I do believe they sell that here, and it'll warm you up." The blonde cooed, poking Ciel's cheek with his finger. Not even noticing the drunkard that wobbled his way to the two of them.

"See, look over there. There's a stall selling cocoa." Alois turned his head to the stall where Mehana and Ashely were.
Ciel looked to the stall where Mehana and Ashely stood, a calm expression on his face. He flinched at the poke of his cheek, but he stayed silent about it, since Alois was being a little less obnoxious.

The drunkard arrived and shoved Ciel, almost knocking the boy over. "Oi!" Ciel snapped at him, surprised. "What was that for?!" Ciel glared, looking at the drunk man.

The man's voice was slurred, "Y'r one of th'se Techies aren't yuh." He said in a thick accent. Ciel's heart sunk. "Wit' y'r d'sgustin' dev'ces!" The man shoved at him again.

Ciel, this time, fell onto his backside, into the snow, from the shove. "You idiot, you're as tight as a boiled owl." He hissed underneath his breath, slowly raising his hands to hide his Hearing Enhancements. "Go away and go find someone you're own size to spit useless banter to."

The drunkard then kicked Ciel one good time in the side, knocking him completely over, before his slightly, lesser drunk friend, dragged him away, apologizing profusely and running off with him, scolding the drunkard.

Ciel laid in the snow for a moment, slowly sitting up, grasping at his side. "Stupid bloke." He muttered.
Joot rushed over to Ciel's side. "Are you okay, mister? That looked like it hurt... And hurting is bad!"
To Alois, in lack of a better word, it was such a blur, he couldn't react until after the incident was done. "Ciel!" His voice cracked, "What the hell was that dipshit's problem?"

Alois frowned, and glanced over at Joot, who had joined Ciel's side.

OOC Chatter
(( Sorry this post is so short compared to my other ones! ))
Ciel glared and stood up, still holding his side. "I'm fine." He told Joot with a flat voice, "I think he has been drinking too much." He said to Alois about the drunkard.

He slowly let go of his side, and then raised both hands to his devices quietly, seeming self-conscious of them now.

"Now then, Trancy, as you were saying. Hot cocoa?" Ciel raised a brow, before turning his heel and heading to the stall without a response.
"HOT COCOA?!" Joot exclaimed. "I want some! Can I have some?!'
Ciel looked to Joot, "Of course, I'll pay for you, me and Trancy." He nodded, before talking with the person at the stall.

Soon, he received three cups of cocoa, and he handed one to Alois and one to Joot, and the last one being for himself.
"REALLY?! THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!!!" He said, bouncing on excitement.

As he eagerly took his mug, he noticed that there weren't nearly enough marshmallows, so he reached into his satchel and grabbed a half eaten bag of large marshmallows. "Good thing I bring these with me! Can't leave the house without them!"

He tossed a few in, causing them to comedically sit at the top of the liquid, dwarfing any others within it, before starting to drink it proudly.
