(Might remove/add some, depending. I haven't had a chance to look over this list, as it originated from the first Yveridia group.)
Aquatic Species:
Girium
This hide-covered brute has a crocodilian head, with glowing, storm-grey, kind eyes, which peer at you curiously. It has a wedge-shaped muzzle which is kindly laughing. It has folded, perked, humanoid ears. Its powerful neck is curved. This velvet grey critter has a reptilian torso. It has ten toned fins. It has more than four tails, which are all lightning-fast and prehensile.
It swims as fast as 25 mph. It consumes local fish for sustenance. It has good night vision, has a sensitive sense of smell, has a bad sense of hearing, has a picky sense of taste, and has an average sense of touch. It's rather dull in intelligence . They aren't amphibious and cannot survive out of water for a interminable time.
Salabeox
This curious and nearly extinct creature is a type of aquatic mammal. It's about the size of a piranha, has four side fins, a short, pointy dorsal fin and a huge, muscular tail.
They have a thin, delicate skin which is usually either light gold, light silver or dark purple or a combination of these colors.
They live in relatively shallow waters and are extremely common. They're carnivores and their fairly large mouths, their teeth and long tongue are ideal for eating creatures.
They're diurnal and rely on their sense of smell and taste buds to get around. They do have small, elliptic eyes, but their sight is not impressive.
They have thin noses and short, pointy ears. Their heads are large and long in comparison to their bodies.
They make sounds ranging from very low pitched to fairly low pitched and have a large range of sounds they make to indicate discoveries, dangers and otherwise communicate with each other.
These creatures are fairly calm and they have no real territory and wish to avoid conflicts. They mate twice a year and they mate with a specificly selected partner for life. Which, with their incredibily long lifespans, is quite common among other species as well.
Gusting
This special, but extremely common creature is a type of amphibian. It's about the size of a tree frog, has four legs and two arms and a long, weak tail.
They have a thick, strong skin covered in a very thin layer of mucous, which is usually either gold, purple, grey or dark brown or a combination of these colors.
They live in low areas and are extremely common. They're carnivores and their large, wide mouths, their teeth and narrow tongue are ideal for eating creatures.
They're crepuscular and rely on their taste buds and extra sense to get around. They do have small, round eyes, but their sight is relatively poor.
They have huge noses and small, round ears. Their heads are fairly small in comparison to their bodies.
They make sounds ranging from relatively high pitched to fairly high pitched and have a huge range of sounds they make to indicate discoveries, dangers and otherwise communicate with each other.
These creatures are very aggressive, but they're not territorial at all. They mate once every 18 months and they mate and bond with a select few partners for life. Which, with their incredibily long lifespans, is only normal.
