Just what it says on the tin. Presently, group invites can be sent to any users, even if the one doing the inviting has been blocked by the user being invited. It would be great if, in the new build, blocking would prevent all forms of private communication. I'm not sure if this feature is currently working as intended, but I know it's caused some grief for users who worried that if they declined an invite from someone they've blocked, it'd cause waves. (I know there's no notification for invites being declined, but not everyone does!)
I went looking everyone for the topic where we'd discussed this previously and eventually realized it wasn't a topic, it was a collection of bug reports.
