I was sort of wondering the other day..
If we already signify to visitors that a character's profile will contain adult content with those three warning checkboxes, is it necessary to mark each image as adult in nature as well? Seeing as there's no seperate facilitation in search that's used to seek out images, and a person would have to consent to seeing adult material to even view a profile which may have a nipple on it... I've always found this a little confusing. Is there any way to merge those content ratings into a one click deal?

The choosing per photo is because while a profile might contain certain warned content, some photos might not be NSFW or sensitive content.
Like if I have a profile that is nsfw in general but also have pictures that are just the clothed character doing nothing NSFW or sensitive. I wouldn't want to mark that mature when it isn't.
Image upoad notifications that are marked mature only show up in the feeds of people who have elected into seeing mature images/content. While images that aren't marked show up in anyone who follows you or your characters feed.
Images marked as mature are also blurred out until clicked on I believe for people who have it set where they have to agree each time they view an image marked as mature.
Marking all your images mature or not as mature would prevent some people from viewing them if they think all images are mature so they don't click on them.

In fact, for many years they were the same rating, but it created so many issues with notification feeds we separated them. More than that, there were plenty of profiles that were entirely SFW, but for a few raunchier commissioned images. These folks wanted very much to not have to put a warning on the entire profile for a single image and lobbied hard for it to be separated as it is now.
