I would personally like if there was a way to get to the custom css template library without having to go through a character.
At the moment the only way I know of is:
Dashboard>Edit Character>Character Template>Scroll Down>Custom Template Library.
What I think would be an interesting idea is if it was more like:
Dashboard>Custom Templates
Or even
Dashboard>Templates>Custom Templates.

I definitely hope to have some change to this. Not sure where exactly I'll be putting it quite yet though! Still playing with that link. 
I like the idea of Dashboard>Template, after all it’s a big part of creating a profile so why not make it easier to access?
I think intuitively I'd probably check out the Dashboard for a link to (custom) templates before any other place.
