So my suggestion is that, as a template creator, I'd really love to be given a list of just character names that are using my templates. It feels SO good when I come across someone using a template I created, because it makes me feel so much prouder of the work I've created. It's a really nifty and neat surprise to come across, but I'd love to see just how many users are using it, or see what characters are using it and how.
If it's not a thing to get like a dropdown of users who are using the template, it'd be super neat to get something like "(##) of users are using your template (template name)
I wouldn't want to get a notification of this, as it could go through the roof for people who create templates like RaeRae and Fiebs, but man! It'd be super neat to be able to know just how many people are appreciating your work.

As a template maker, I'd definitely love to know how many people are using which ones, so I can kind of get a sense for what people enjoy. Some kind of statistic would be cool.
Yes I love this and it would be super useful to potentially know which templates might need more work or which themes aren't popular.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out a few folks were using one I'd made, and even more when it was enough to unlock a clue one epic week.
I'm actually not interested in names... But I do think it'd be nice if there was a way to alert those using a template if it gets updated, so they can check to make sure their profile still looks good. I know on some sites, you can mark if an update is significant enough to alert people who might have subscribed or favorited something, or if it's just a tiny correction not worth a notice.
