i don’t think this has been suggested before, but i would really like it if there was an option for us to mute other players. not block them, but so we won’t see them in the forums and such (but you would be able to see their recent activity if you searched for their username) and there still would be the opportunity to message them if you or they wanted to engage in conversation
I want something like this too but I’m not sure how to articulate why. I don’t want to see certain threads from the forums, ICly maybe there’s an RP thread that keeps getting bumped but it’s already too late for me to join, that would be one instance where I’d like to stop myself from seeing it.

yeah! it’d be nice to have an option where you can’t find stuff unless you’re purposefully looking for it

I do want to point out that in the Find RP search tool, you already can mute LFRP topics that you are not interested in, and in the rebuild, you can already mute an entire person whose RP suggestions you never want to see.

i imagine it’s useful for some, while i personally don’t use it because none the less, i’ll still see the players around the site so for me, it’s the same
