Title is kinda short but, I struggle a LOT with the following: when people upload gallery images and I click a particular image, it becomes really hard to find in larger galleries. With custom templates, some lightbox thumbnails are also so hidden that I often give up, as I don't feel like clicking through 30 images I've probably already seen just to see the newly uploaded one.
Is there some way we can immediately see the image we clicked on when the profile loads? Or maybe have it show up in a lightbox on the Home page itself? (I prefer the second option a lot less)
I imagine it can look something like this: when an image is uploaded with the gallery widget, it gets an ID of some sort. The URL from the home page then remembers this ID when it gets shown in the notifications, and when you load the page after clicking this URL with the ID it'll either jump to the image if it's displayed in full (anchor), or the page jumps to the relevant widget and then opens the lightbox immediately.
I don't know if this feature would be more complex than I'm imagining (or maybe there's a better way I'm unaware of), but it would be SO nice to just be able to click on the thumbnail in my notifications and then see it on the character profile as soon as it loads.

Seconding this, especially with the proliferation of custom thumbnails that make it difficult to guess what the image is actually supposed to -be-, let alone have any hope of finding a specific one.
Definitely support this considering most of the time when I click on a recently added gallery image I expect it to open straight to the picture, only to have to remember, "Oh yeah, I have to find it in their gallery."
