I guess he’d likely be visiting a neutral country in both an attempt to gain reprieve from the stress back home, as well as trying to discover any possible connections he could make while there with people from other nations,or someone from his own.

-- There is Joanne Drescher, whom he should probably know as she is a diplomatic in her mother's place.
-- Damascus is also in Ingenium. {He wouldn't know him, but they could run into each other via Jo}
In Unda
-- Rosalita could easily be in Unda. Which, their meeting would be random.
Cacile & Eric can generally be anywhere, but they're waiting to see where Tessrinka is gonna go to see if she needs some interaction.

All of them are fascinating, I feel that starting out in Unda May carry some good fortune. Call it a gut instinct.
