Vierrynne snapped her head at him. "Please don't say that! Do you think from anything of what that man just did that it was all an act? I am being threatened by death, so are you, and every other here within this cave." she uttered.
People around her stopped talking again and looked at the little group as tensions rose.
"I have been running from a merciless bounty hunter and his giant sabercat for two years now, only to find myself trapped in a death hole that is probably worse than what my parents have in store for me. I WANT TO GET OUT JUST AS MUCH AS YOU DO!"
Vierry was shaking by now, and fell back against the wall. She looked at the ground, as if ashamed of her sudden outburst. SHe wasn't used to snapping at people like that, but then again she hadn't expected any of this to happen.

Griffon shot her a look, needles flying from his eyes. "I wasn't directing that at you, darky." The word echoed a second. "I was talking to miss mystery over here." He turned his attention back to her. "The one the least people in the cage probably trust." He paused and thought for a moment. "Other than you."
Avery's eyes were glued on shae waiting on her response. "Look, as much as I'm with griffon in the fact that its ridiculous to not let us know anything. I still think we can all trust eachother. But for that to be a reality, 2 things need to happen. One, we need to be included in your language, in your plans, what you are, stuff like that, and two, griffon and I need to be willing to work with you two." She looked around the room and then back down to the ground.
Vierrynne looked down at her obvious misunderstanding of Griffon's words. Had she felt like they were directed at her because she was Drow? No... She had wanted to protect Shaelyn...? She shook her head and looked at Avery.
"We don't have time to teach you the tongue of the Drow right now, it's far too complicated. I can assure you though, we haven't kept any ideas of escaping from you. If we're getting out, it'll be with the four of us. No less."

"that's reassuring" Avery smiled a little bit. "And hey I wasn't saying to teach me, er us, the tongue I was just saying to translate a little as you go" She shrugged "you know like just making sure we are in the loop?"
Vierrynne nodded. "I'll try." she replied. "I'm sorry if you feel left out on it, it's just that I'm not very much used to the common tongue, and I tend to take to my own at times."
Griffon crossed his arms. "If I had my pack I would be able to check and see if I have a Drow to Common dictionary." He shrugged and uncrossed his arms, his hand tugging at the collar that would be chocking him if he used magic. "How do we get these off?"
Vierrynne shrugged. "By escaping." she replied. Once we exit the reach of this settlement's magical field, they'll disspell themselves 'cause there won't be a source powering them."
Avery nodded. "okay, whats next?" She was thinking out loud and didn't really mean to speak. She looked around especially to Shae, who has been quiet for a while. She sighed and started moving around a lot, She needed to get out of this cell, Now!
"I do have just one question, darky, you say four of us, but I see a lot more than four people here." Griffon refolded his arms as he leaned against the bars. "Gonna just leave them here because they have been here longer? Are they more hopeless than us?"
Vierrynne turned as he thoght over this question. The fact tht the human hd caled her "darky" kind of went past her as she thought.
"I suppose they can make a run of their own during the chais that is undoubtedly going to follow our run. We can't drag them all along personally, it's too dangerous."
