A small town exists just on the boundaries of this world, one that leads to another.
The world is a place in which the world is distorted and dark, the sun never shines, the world is completely covered in forest, and the moonlight is eternal. Everything else though, is a near perfect mirror image of our world, except for the fact that everything looks like it hasn't been touched by the clutches of anthrokind in decades. Nature has taken over everything in this world, making buildings look like concrete gardens. There is no color in this world, only greys, blacks, and whites. Monster like creatures run rampant here, stalking and then devouring anything unlucky enough to catch eye contact, or that the creatures see. Anything that enters is then forgotten by anything in the living world, as if they had never even existed. Even your own family will have forgotten, everything relating to you in our world with disappear, until you find a new way to get out. The exit closes behind anyone who comes in, making it a one-way trip. It is up to you to try and survive, or perish and be forgotten to time, like everything else's there.
