During the early morning hours where a soft mist still lingers across the moist forest ground, royal messengers emerge from the swirling fog to tack the following to all billboards located in the area:
Due to deteriorating safety conditions in Desdemond County, His Royal Highness King Callistin has ordered a Royal Security Checkpoint to be stationed on the road between Saffingwell and Modesty until further notice. He would like to remind his humble citizens that this is only for their safety, and regrets any inconveniences this may cause to his faithful and loyal subjects.

- Rexington, out on his usual early morning stroll, happens upon the fliers just after they've been put up. A grin, slow to rise but strong once there, appears on his handsome jaw as he admires his King's work, chuckling thoughtfully.
"And so it begins." He remarked, that chuckle turning into a momentary laugh as he struts away to gather his things.
