In the late afternoon, a small supply caravan arrived at the blockade. The two massive cargo wagons are accompanied by a small compliment of guards wearing a stylized Wyvern sigil stitched onto their clothes, the white lynx-lady, and her business associate Agarias. There are a few sour faces in the company when the tallies of goods are discussed and everything is unloaded, mutters heard about greedy patrols on the road stealing things under the guise of 'taxes' and attempts at banditry. As it is, a solid quarter of the supplies originally packed are missing from the wagons, particularly any of the choicer bits like sugar, alcohol, or nicely-patterned cloth, all of which was carefully packed to be distracting to the more official thieves that the guards couldn't simply fight off thanks to their affiliation to the crown. What remains still tallies nearly seven and a half tons of goods, however, a large portion of which is shelf-stable food. It will hardly be enough to last the town the entire winter, but it will help for a while, and if the merchant can get one supply train through from Modesty, perhaps she can get another in time.

Delivered goods include the following:
Grain
Hard cheeses, many sporting unsightly but easily removed and entirely harmless spots of mold
Preserved produce, mostly vegetables, either pickled or frozen
Barrels of salted meat and fish
Basic medicines in the form of tinctures, salves, and dried herbs
Undyed linen for bandages
Thread, including some silk thread, buried beneath less attractive supplies
Bolts of heavy wool, most of which is notably badly dyed and/or ugly colors

The caravan has offered to take passengers on the way back to the port, as the wagons will be empty. People who can pay or help defend and move the caravan through the snow (though having the wagons on runners helped immensely) are vastly preferred, but there might be some free space if asked.
The list of confiscated goods includes the following:

Wine
Liquor
Live chickens and eggs
Freshly frozen meat
Sugar and sweets
Well-dyed cloth
Ribbons

It is expected, by Tara at least, that any further caravans coming to Greystone will be required to have at least as much in the way of readily-yielded bribery or they will not get out of the port town or past the soldiers on the road from Modesty.
The majority of the supplies were unloaded at the garrison. By the time the caravan made it into town, it was a great deal lighter.

The group of independent caravan guards was bolstered by soldiers from the garrison, and Narsuun accompanied it himself. As the wagons approached town, Narsuun and Agarias could both be seen melting and moving snow with their magic to clear a path for the supplies. The heavily guarded wagons were escourted directly to the tavern, and quickly unloaded.

Half of the meat and fish, plus a small portion of grain and cheese made their way into the tavern's stores. It seemed that the lion's share had been kept in order to feed the herbivores at camp. All of the medical supplies and cloth goods had also been kept. The split of goods was certainly not fair, but it would keep furres fed for at least a while.

As the goods were unloaded, the soldiers and guards stood in a perimeter around the carts with weapons ready, but did not seek trouble. After a brief interruption to tavern business, the entire group made their way back down the road to the blockade.
Agarias himself had one last task to carry out. He retained a single wagon and driver, along with a portion of the supplies designated for feeding those in need. There were some others who needed aid. Within the next few hours, the mau and his wagon made a circuit of the town, handing out some provisions to those in need who preferred meat in their diets. Only civilians received the foodstuffs, though he did pass out some supplies to the families of soldiers and the like.

With each gift of food he also took the time to greet them and ask about their health, a friendly attitude that has been his hallmark for some time. A few wished to say prayers to the Primes and he gladly prayed along with them. Again, unsurprising given his well displayed faith. By all accounts, he was simply being generous, either on his own or on Leander's behalf. He politely declined to say whether he was distributing food at someone's request or on his own initiative and when directly asked once, he said that this was a gesture of goodwill, not politics.

By the time he made it back to the blockade, the wagon was empty. He proceeded on home.
