Protecting yourself from political burnout

Hey everyone!

I don't think anyone who lives in the US, or has friends in the US, is exempt from potential political burnout. Regardless of what your stance is, it has been a very emotional and draining time for everyone. While our support in this group may be limited as we don't allow political discussions, I still think it's important to give everyone the opportunity to find and use material needed to help you if you're feeling overwhelmed or struggling. You're not alone!
