With many thanks to our lovely members, I've added a new page to the group under the "Find Help Now" section:
The Check-List
The purpose of this list is to help you refocus when things get rough and you don't see a way out. You can get in touch with one of the resources on the Find Help Now page, and you can take yourself through this check-list and try to meet as many of the items as possible. You're of course also welcome to talk to us if you need to get things off your chest!
The idea behind this is to give yourself some time to settle down and bring positive experiences into your day. It has some helpful ideas on what might be wrong, too, and as always we encourage you to talk to your physician if you haven't already.
