The username is for your own username. I'm not quite sure what you are doing with the aliases either. Everything else looks good, just be sure to go over everything and make sure that the details are as you want them to be.

I think they mistook alias for affiliation. Which, now that I think about it, should probably be in there.

Affiliation is better word than "alliance", than you ^^
