Neo-Caria: Established in <insert date>, Neo-Caria is one of the newest cities in Tellurian Lunar and one of the fastest growing cities. In the span of a decade and a half, Neo-Caria has grown into a bustling metropolis filled with skyscrapers, hovercars and high-tech technology. Neo-Caria is city well-known for its commercial business and is the home to a famous company known as NetNext (a mainstream internet provider). Neo-Caria is quite a unique city because of its bright, flashing, neon lights and how fast some of its technology can be. Despite all of its luxuries, Neo-Caria has a high poverty rate. The commercial world of Neo-Caria can be a demanding one and those that don't meet its requirements can find themselves out of a job.

This independence from Terran countries led to Jordan-1 forming its own form of government (an absolute monarchy where the ruling power is a "Monarch") and becoming the foundation for future rebellions. The Lunar Spire, the most famous monument in the United Alliance, is located in Selenia. The United Alliance Headquarters in Tellurian Lunar (UAHQofTL), is where the Tellurian Lunar Minister resides. Other tourist attractions include the Moon Festivals, which are held on February 19th in honor of the first ever colony to be established on the moon. During the Moon Festival, dim, bluish lights hang from above. Traditional Chinese moon cakes are sold as well as moonlight fizzies, and among other things. It is customary for people to wear lunar capes (short capes that reach down to elbows and cover one shoulder) during the Moon Festivals.
