Karah hugged Lillua tightly and listened as Laylar talked to her. As she did she loosened her grip on Lillua a bit, but not entirely. She still couldn't help, but worry about her precious chick. Karah nodded at Laylar. but didn't look completely convinced.
It was then that Lesa'ah called out to her with some encouragement and she said back. "I hope I can do a good job then." Yet she didn't sound very confident about that. "You can do it, but can you please let me go? We need to go hunt, I'm hungry.
Karah then let go and Lilua flapped her wings a bit in excitement. She trilled back at Raikinu about as friendly as he did her and kept close to Karah to show that she wasn't interested in any of the other Serra there. Karah meanwhile was concerned. She had never hunted before, nor had she ever wanted to. What if they ended up hunting one of her friends? Would she be expected to hurt her friend? Karah's ears dropped as both she and Lillua moved behind Sarasha.
