While we have a rules list, please take it with a grain of salt. We are not here to police you within our dream, but have rules set down to make the dream fun for everyone and to ensure that each player has a great time. If you have any questions, please direct them to our staff list! -

Dream Rules
Dream Standard: Our dream standard is T+! Per Furcadia's Standards, here are the standards we will uphold in Kauai Island:
- Content here may not be appropriate for younger players, and may contain crude humor, strong teenage language, mild swearing, mild and suggestive themes.
If you go past this, we might ask you to tone it down just a bit!
Respect: To get respect, you have to give it. Please be respectful to all dream members as well as our staff members. Staff members should not disrespect dream-goers just as dream-goers should not disrespect staff members.
Harassment: Any sort of intentional harassment unfortunately will not be tolerated in this dream. It goes against Furcadia's Terms of Service and will likely get you reported to the Guardians. We will take a strong stance against harassment.
Common Sense: In this dream, please use common sense. That's all we ask! If it feels like it's wrong to do something, it's best to ask a staff member first!
Whispering Staff: All of our staff is whisper friendly, but it's best that if you need something within the dream to please request it at the desk. The staff member could easily miss your request in whisper. If you need to report someone, please get the attention of a staff member through whisper, or alert staff members at the desk that you'd like to report someone. It is not ideal for you to call out other players publicly so as to not create a larger issue. -
Desk Rules
At the desk, we do not have very many rules, or almost any rules at all. The desk is an opportunity for you to come socialize with staff to get to know us, and to generally hang out. The only thing we ask is that all conversations at the desk stay at a T+ level, as that is the dream rating. If someone comes to the desk asking for help, it is politely requested that conversation be temporarily toned down so that a guest can be helped. -
Property
You will only be allowed to own one property at a time. If you are caught owning more than one, you will have to choose one property and all valuables at the other property will be lost. Please do not alt with multiple homes and allow other players the opportunity to own something!
You will be allowed to own a piece of property up to five (5) days before it will be cleared.
Please do not create anything inappropriate in the dream such as offensive symbols or words. -
Disciplinary System
While we are a very lenient dream, we do have to have a system in place that ensures all of our dream members are safe from players who might not have the best intentions. So it's clear how everything will be handled to players and there's transparency, please read below how troublesome players will be dealt with.
Records: In this dream, we will be keeping minor records of any large incidents within the dream so we can make fair decisions on what to do with a player. All removals from the dream past an eject will only be distributed by the management team.
Warnings: Small, polite warnings will be given to players who break dream rules initially. These will not be reported. If you are warned by a staff member, please comply with what they are asking. If you feel as though you were incorrectly warned, please bring it up with a member of management and do not argue with the staff member. We will happily listen to you as a management team. We certainly do not think our staff are above you and can make mistakes!
Please note that we will not be policing this dream. Overbearing staff make for unhappy guests. However, if you see something wrong, as stated above, alert a staff member.
'Offenses' will only be distributed by the management team and we will have a small discussion with you when you receive an 'offense'.
First Offense: Your first offense will just be a verbal warning. A member of management will speak to you about why you earned the offense, and how to move forward in the future. A first offense, depending on the severity, can mean an ejection from the dream, a temporary removal or in extreme cases, an indefinite removal from the dream.
Second Offense: If you receive a second offense, it will likely result in a short, temporary removal from the dream, depending on the severity. More severe cases will result in an indefinite removal from the dream.
Third Offense: A third offense in the dream will prompt a meeting with one of our members of management. They will discuss with you what you've been doing in the dream, and will then discuss it with the rest of the management team. From there, the management team will discuss any possibility of allowing you to stay in the dream, or an indefinite removal from the dream. During this process it is likely your access will be removed from the dream while management discusses what the best option will be.
If you feel as though you were handled incorrectly by staff or management, please bring it up to management. We do not have a closed door policy. As a management team, we are very open to discussion and seeing things from your perspective.
