Arvedui would have been alone for the first time in a little bit, having either been accompanied by his new employer, the lovely Allana or one of the various rentals he had chosen to partake in as of late. He decided that he felt like winding down after more recent happens between him and Allana, hand still bandaged and tingling with sensations of pain after she had carved her mark into the flesh of him. He would make his way to the bar, often finding it to be quieter then the bustling Atrium of the Tether. He approached the bartender promptly saying "whiskey, and make it a double" before he laid out the coin and sat upon one of the open bar stools. As he awaited for his drink, his mind began to ponder over that evening the hybrid and lycan had shared together. Well, until she poisoned him with that vile that made him pass out. The male hoped one day to be able to finish what they had started that evening, but in the meantime he would accept his new charge as the sword of Allana, to do her will and protect her with his own life if need be. Arvedui was an honorable man, despite the manipulations upon him, and would be honor bound by the agreement until such time as Allana didn't hold up her end of the bargain, to which he would figure out in due time. He released a sigh as the 2 shot glasses filled with whiskey arrived, indulging in a shot of the smokey liquid as he stirred in his own thoughts
Allana had absolutely no mind to keep her end of the bargain, no moral compass which pointed towards a righteous path. Many a promise had been made in her history and many of them broken or exploited, and it was all in the name of advancing herself forward. Cut throat, intelligent, and manipulative; oh so much like her darling brother but worse? Business on a neighbouring island had taken the lycan away from the Isle of Sin for a few days and had her returning with a heavier coin purse, not that she had been lacking before. A new client with especially exotic taste had paid in full for her more high end pieces and a connection had been forged for future income guaranteed. Ah yes, just the occasion which required a celebratory drink, the familiar and craved scent of her kin leading her back through the Teather’s halls. Heel upon stone echoed against stone walls as she weaved through the crowded atrium and towards the all to familiar bar, body tightly bound in the classic little black dress accompanied by a white fur scarf.Painted across that pretty face and it’s sharp features was a pleased grin which spread her dark painted lips, hands grasping the wooden bannister as she elegantly ascended the stairs to the bar. Once the top was reached she’d survey the occupants, a wink flashing towards the mousey bar tender who seemed to shrink at her entrance. The bar maid was swift to fix Allana with a whiskey on the rocks before she’d even made a move towards the counter, clever girl. A few patrons scattered around the bar sipped their alcoholic beverages among hushed chatter, Allana’s own target appeared to be preparing to do the same. Stealth movement would silently bring her to stand behind him as the bar maid rested another drink (her drink) in front of him and looked over his shoulder, sultry tone announcing her arrival. “My sworn sword, is this any way to keep yourself sharp?”
Inti:
So where, oh WHERE had the big-bad-wolf gone? Neon parasites had diseased The Tether and cursed Inti’s appearance. Their humourless agenda did not bond with Inti’s; how could it? Upon Inti’s skull sat two triangular tips. They blended seamlessly in the sea of ebony and towered menacingly. If eyes trailed down his spinal column, they would find a large fluffy tail to match. Hideous! It was bad enough Inti was not the best of friends with his ‘monster’, but to be completely exposed was blasphemous! This hellion took tremendous pride in perfection. He was not accustomed to failure and the whole ordeal had irritated the man of many masks. Any blemish in his façade was a weakness! It was as if someone had tattooed red across his porcelain mug and it read: ‘DANGER’. How was he to puppet his victims now? Inti often portrayed wealth in his appearance; therefore his current guise was not acceptable. Usually, not a single ingredient was missing or overdrawn. He WAS portraiture of perfection. Clothes helped his vessel remain personable and because of that many had become victim to Inti’s mask. He was just so charming. Just how obsessive was this man? Everything had a home, a place and a purpose. The disguise appeared to fit like a glove. Appearance wasn’t just something you wore on your skin, but it was also something you presented. Inti’s apartment was spotless. Irony, that a man of chaos was also a man of organization. Yet, he managed to complete his duties. Hefty gold coins were piled neatly in organized columns. Inti and Allana had constructed a booming business selling: pelts. How vile that a wolf would sell fur. Not that this seemed to matter. Both Inti and Allana were a dangerous duo – having no room in their hearts to spare. The pair masterful when it came to the art of manipulation, their very own business founded on the pillars of lawlessness. Oh well! The Isle of Sin was perfect for their business and far enough away from their Lycan society. (c)
At the moment, this man had been stuck in his office for what seemed too long, and he was in desperate need of a walk. Papers were openly exposed on the cherry oak desk, most of them written in German. His quill had been placed out of the ink which insinuated he had paused abruptly. Allana and her crafty tongue had once again generated enough business to over-work the poor man. Poor Inti was swarmed in paper-work. Finally, he pushed his large chair backward causing it to protest on the stone below. He needed a break. Philanthropist then stretched and made his way to the bar. Step after step echoed off the quiet hallways as the sinister man made his way to his destination. It didn’t matter that Inti seemed to be ridden with ‘animalistic’ features, his pores continued to stream heavy unease and a mysterious seduction. When the man FINALLY made it to the bar, golden spheres immediately locked onto Allana and... oh? Who was this? His darling sister was hunting, he could tell! A grin spread over his perfect set of teeth and he openly made his way to the two of them. The barista recognized Inti immediately... oh yes, had she been one of those voyagers? A blush spread across her pale cheeks and she ushered away. Aw, too bad. Inti could SMELL her distress... she would have made a fabulous target. “Ally, my dear sister.” Inti’s voice cooed; his cords sticky like honey. “Is this your new boyfriend?” By now, Inti now towered behind Allana, his grin hiking to new lengths. Once an ass, always an ass. “He doesn’t seem your type.” This was the point his cunning pair of eyes roamed painfully slow, UP and down the other... accessing the situation. (d)

Ssussun:... Was it possible that pure, exquisite opulence could ooze from a tiny, pint-sized package that was barely over five feet in height? Why, of course! At least, in the dark elf known as Ssussun, one could! Poor little bastard had been rendered as a female thanks to the bite on the ass from a suicidal 'flutter-shit' shortly after the whole migration had even started. Had the warlock disliked being a woman? Cherry lips would have told all manner of query a firm 'NO!!', but no doubt a certain Gentleman of the Sir variety would have known otherwise. It was merely a day before the entire island would be fortunate enough to have rid themselves of the horny bugs, and as usual, Ssussun had been lifted of his curse a day early. His lineage could be traced back to feywild, and thus- he had slightly more immunity to their chaotic magic than most. Ever so excited to have been given back his good ol' self, he had once more donned himself in the elegant, charming outfit dear Allana had specifically designed for him. The dark, velveteen fabric wrapped around his slender frame, and accentuated his exotic features with perfection. My, how the Drow was endlessly stunned by her talent! Naturally, that never-missing steampunk collar of his was clasped around pretty neck; the whole ensemble completed with long, spider-silk hair twisted up into a loose, half-tail on the crown of his head. With himself feeling pleasantly... himself again, he had decided to venture to the bar to retrieve his daily cup of black coffee. Significantly more comfortable with his new appearance than he had been a month prior, he held confidence within every step that was made with thick leather soles upon dull masonry. It was no surprise, that one of his enchanted cigarettes was held nimbly betwixt fingers of his right hand, as he casually made his way towards the bar.
A slight perk of his ears was made, when he recognized the beating of a heart that he had committed to memory. He couldn't help the way that the corners of his upturned slightly, with his own heart betraying hidden excitement with the way it began to flutter. Stepping over to the trio of doggies, Ssussun was very much the odd man out, with the three others easily towering over his minuscule body, and their appearances all formed in perfectionism. Wow! What a lovely little gathering of pedigree hounds! It seemed as though he had arrived just in time to witness Inti so obviously picking holes at the canid-man that he'd never seen before. A shit-eating grin formed upon those pouty, pierced lips; amused with the way Sir Gentleman was instigating his way into finding the holes that lay hidden in the stranger's mental defenses. Oh, so casually, the tiny asshole had eased his way over to where his hip was gently pressed against Inti's leg, and his left, free hand dropped down, hidden by the towering Lycan's thick body. Nimble little fingers began to playfully tease themselves within the wispy, dark velvet tufts that arched over the adorably protruding appendage that was framed by a golden ring sewn into black slacks, "Did someone say boyfriend?" His tone implying, perhaps, that his sudden arrival had fulfilled whatever apparent need there was for a boytoy. Snowy head had tilted up to better see the faces of the crowd he'd so rudely invited himself into, the mischief of fingertips hidden, both by body, and that expression of 'innocence' that was pinned upon gorgeous elven features. Right hand lifted to bring the butt of his cigarette to his mouth for idle suckling, endlessly amused by the situation he'd wandered into. The Lycan siblings were easily chosen over the notion of obtaining his coffee, and it seemed that he could be just as much a teasing instigator as the infamous tall, dark, and Inti. [e]

Arveduis ears would have immediately perked up as he saw a 3rd drink placed in front of him, as he would soon hear the voice of Allana, quickly finishing the shot that was in his hand before placing the glass down. His head would turn as to see the stunning Lycan woman as he said "I had some spare time to myself, after handling some things I needed to...Including your suggestion from the previous evening." In regards to having a note sent out to his brother back in Morghel. His eyes would glare a bit as an uknown male approached the pair, having not recognized who he was. He would have reached for his sword, but he left it in his quarters due to Allana being away on business and had no need for it at this time. Soon however, the male would have been revealed to be her Brother! [c]
The one he had heard about only briefly in conversation with Allana. His head tilting to side as he indeed noticed the animalistic features of the male, With canine ears and tail it seemed rather odd that this was her brother. Perhaps the Faeries had a bit to do with it. He would have silently shrugged his shoulders before asking Allana quickly "How was your business, Allana?" before being abruptly cut short by Intimidate. At hearing of being Allanas new boyfriend, his ears perked up a bit more as the faintest of grins would have formed on his face. Is that was she told him? Who knew. The body language of the Hybrid would change upon the negative comment about the man. An Ass indeed as the two locked on eachother, assessing one another. He would have not responded to the comment however as he would Simply say "I am Arvedui, it is nice to meet you...Brother of Allana." his hand lazily moving forward in an attempt to be friendly to shake the other males hand. However, ANOTHER person would shortly be seen closing the distance between the two as Arvedui would notice the Drow female confidently walking about confidently towards them, before the short creature being pressed up against Inti in the briefest of ways as the hybrid issues a small chuckle declaring "I see you did not come alone it seems Allana." The Hybrid that was in solitude moments before was now joined by Allana, her Brother and some unknown Drow. Perhaps this would turn out to be another interesting bar moment.

Allana:
The anticipation for a reaction welled in her stomach as mint hued eyes sharply watched Arvedui down the shot before turning to address her, a little bit of shock and slice of anxiety felt from his being. Perhaps this was why he'd sucked back the whiskey before speaking, her facial features pressing into a smirk at the thought of liquid courage. -- What was this, a shadow? The scent and feeling of shared blood had been detected before the presence stood behind her, although she enjoyed a flare of the dramatic and only turned in response after his little question. Boyfriend, eh? Arvedui wished. Those smokey vocals would have her back already turned to Arv, showing off the impressive display of a bare back. The elegantly draped fur scarf sliding from her shoulders as arms reached up to wrap around Inti's neck. In the motion, one foot was raised off the ground so that the other might go on tip toe for her lips to plant a lingering kiss on that perfectly chiseled (c)
jawline. Oh but she hadn't missed stealing a glance of Ssussun who'd so sneakily joined the welcoming committee, the closeness and aura of affection emanating off the Drow was imprinted to her memory for future questioning. The thought of her brother and the small but handsomely dressed man entangled on a silk bed seemed to flash through a wild imagination, and after the kiss was planted a wink was sent for only Ssu's eyes to catch. Just what had these two been up to... she wasn't sure, but despite her lack of interaction with the Drow a feeling of approval blossomed. He was rich, intelligent, and powerful. What more did you need? Arvedui's words of her suggestion and things that needed handling would be spoken into her back yet ears hadn't missed them, she'd also caught on to the fact that her sworn sword had reached for his weapon to find an empty hand. Slacking already? All this recorded in a glimpse before her public display of sibling affection ended and moved (c)
on. Gracefully she descended as feet found the ground once more, one arm rising to rest casually on Arvedui's seated shoulder while she waited for the 'men' to finish talking. Yawn. She'd yawn theatrically before interrupting Arvedui as he droned on about her not coming alone. "What, do you think I'd not tell my dearest brother about my new boyfriend?" A glance was shot at Ssussun as this remark was a double-edged-sword, infamous grin showing off her amusement. Free and closest hand to Inti would reach up to her mouth as thumb was sucked and then proceeded to smear her own lip stick stain from his jawline. "Inti, Ssussun...this is my new." The word 'toy' hovered on her tongue but was swiftly replaced "investment." A pause before she'd glance back at Arv to hopefully catch any anxiety which crossed across his features before continuing. "A sworn sword." Oh how she couldn't wait to see the look on her brothers face.(d)

Inti:
The bar was always a good place to ‘pick’ on a treat. Usually one coupled alcohol with heavy thoughts...and those were the insecurities Inti wanted to chew. Voices hummed lowly surrounding the trio. He listened to expensive glass and dishware clink as he now towered over his prey. Silence had befallen the tall man. Brother dearest was openly watching his sister’s company; golden spheres didn’t even blink. Oh my, what did we have here? Décor gleamed in diminishing candlelight only to enhance Inti’s broad shadow. Golden enrichments shimmered as flames licked over the multifaceted surfaces. Every piece of gold was earned on the literal flesh of others. Inti himself wasn’t fond of the extravagance, which was ironic according to his appearance. At the moment, he presented himself flawlessly. Expensive attire wrote more of a book than his hand could. A lavish and silk shirt pressed into his muscular valour; showing off each brick of solidity. Tight pants were tailored to his backside, and crafted shoes boasted wealth. Inti’s long and velvet tail still as air as he glowered downwards. So, why did his sister pick this... man? He just HAD to know! How exciting. As usual, Inti drew attention but appeal always came with pressure and Inti had plenty of that. Greedy eyes groomed Inti’s solid appearance but today – he was not the only star. Allana was striking. She was the representation of magnificence. Her dangerous tongue was not something even he wanted to be a victim too. Her honeyed promises lured the willing into a deathtrap. Inti almost felt sorry for the lad. Ally’s wit and charm ALWAYS got her what she wanted. Did Ally even have room for more strings on her fingers? It seemed she mastered many puppets – Inti wanted to play too! Share! If it wasn’t clear by now, the Lycan siblings generated amusement from instigation.
What a cruel pastime; some liked to read, some liked to write – but the two of them? Well, they liked to dabble with emotions. Inti had been busy lately because of his darling sister and her wicked tongue. It had been a while since he had been able to stretch his legs. Not many approached Inti openly. Poor puppy, did he do something wrong? Or could it be nature that kept other animals away? Instinct was such a powerful resource. In such a case, they would be wise. Anyone could feel it. With his company came a great unease not many could erase. But, one individual seemed to defy his menacing aura. A small and well-dressed Drow waltzed in and close. The private display of affection did not seem to bother Inti. The elongated tail flicked to the touch – as if to register nimble fingers and approve of their touch. Boyfriend, huh? How interesting! His grin had remained on alabaster features; cold-hearted as he glared at foreign company. He silently enjoyed the fingers in his fur, but was listening to every single thing said. Inti was then welcomed with a warm and familiar hug. Ally’s soft pair of lips lingered on his chiselled cheek; showing the other that Inti was someone to be respected. He obviously did not notice the moment between Ally and Ssu. He did however pick up on the ‘boyfriend’ annotation directed at the powerful warlock. But, Inti was MUCH too busy with this... man. When Allana turned around to introduce the two of them – she had EASILY put the man in his place in mere seconds. Her words like a blazing knife.
Wow, this man was WAY out of his class; he was like a toddler learning to run on awkward legs. When his elegant sister moved out of the way – a hand was presented to him. His and Ssussun’s introduction was now his queue. Inti took a firm stride forward and grasped the hand and hard; his strength obviously not human... not at all. This was when the smile dropped off his face. A haunting glare crossed golden eyes. “Did you think I would leave my sister -alone- on an isle like this?” His squeeze was now borderline uncomfortable and would probably be irritating. “If you think I am going to let a scrawny man like you protect my sister, over me, then you are clearly delusional.” A grin again found his lips. “It is however, so nice to meet you.” Inti then shook the hand and removed his own. Inti then straightened up and smiled at Allana. “Your new investment could use some training, yes? I will gladly....” Amber eyes moved to his prey. “..Teach him some things.” Oh boy. If all was said and done, Inti would move and boldly drape and arm over Ssussun’s shoulders; pulling in the legendary warlock close. “Now, shall we get ourselves a drink?” His cords all but purred towards Ssussun. There was no way he was going to offer Allana a drink, she would bleed him dry. AGAIN. (d)

:. It took a good deal of Ssussun's willpower not to let the corners of his mouth curl upwards in mental amusement. Boyfriend. Dear, charming Allana, had even the generosity to address the little Drow, who'd so rudely invited himself to their small gathering. A warm, appreciative smile was offered only for her, as wink was tossed his way. Was his mention of boys and friends a suggestion that Inti and him were dating? Certainly not. But those observant ears of his had registered the way the term had caused tension at its first mention, and he merely wanted to find out what would happen if he said it. A nod of his head was given in brief regard to Arvedui, not bothering with a personal introduction, since none had been given top him. Honestly, he really had no place here among the three canids, and what was obviously some personal family business. For that reason, his delicious nicotine pacifier was suckled upon as he respectfully kept his silence. Despite having been so bold and uncouth as to invite himself into their conversation, he actually was well-versed in social contexts and customs, horridly-awful eyesight doing its best to gather way subtle nuances of body language that he could. Tension rippled through the atmosphere, and slathered its slimy tongue all over that poor, rather naive lad who'd apparently been charged with lovely Allana's protection. He knew damned well that the capable female Lycan had no issue with taking care of herself, which meant- that she was using this fool, and he was happy to be played along; no doubt chasing a bone he was never going to catch. What a tool. Even so, the little warlock found that the way Inti had asserted his dominance upon the other man was... excessive. Just look at the guy! Allana had already talked him into letting her carve shit into his flesh. That took some devotion, right there! Or ignorance. Or, most likely, both.
The little warlock's heart beat in a slow, in-amused way. The strange 'sword for hire' appeared to be some sort of canine himself... And what did silly doggies like to do? Compare cocks until all in attendance was sure of who had the biggest. NOPE. Large, and commanding appendage had draped itself around his slender shoulders, but a graceful side-step attempted to free himself from its hold, "Mm, no Inti. It's fine. I didn't mean to intrude. I'd only come here for coffee, anyway." Tone was dry and held no humor. He had also wanted to ask the Lycan about an event that was being hosted later that very evening, but instead decided against it. If feet had been allowed to wander, he'd make his way towards his original destination of Evelyn, wherever behind the counter she happened to be-but! Not before stopping briefly, "Nice to meet you, Mister White Knight." Brief lift of his brows made, as he didn't envy the rest of that guy's evening. Allana was spared a thoughtful tilt of his head, another gentle and appreciative lift of pouty lips was paid to her favor, "You guys have a good day." Now... just where was that adorably snarky mousey that he loved to irritate?! [exit, mebbe?]

Arvedui would have been rather full of anxiety at this point, for he had not expected to have a meeting with Allanas brother at the Bar of all places, Nor the Drow that had managed to put themselves into their conversation and setting. He would look at Allana a bit more funny as she introduced him as an investment, a sworn sword. Emotions of confusion rang from him at the very word. She had not invested a single coin into the Hybrid to date. Perhaps it was some new venture idea she had planned, or perhaps investing in more weaponry for the Hybrid to use on his new found task. His eyes would went on Intimidate of all people though as Allana had introduced him and Ssussun to the Hybrid male as he felt the rather firm grip of her brother grasp his hand. It was not pleasant but he kept a straight face as the brother squeezed hard upon him. From one point of view, it would make perfectly good sense why Intimidate was saying what he said, but yet the Wolf within the Hybrid would growl internally at the rather rude comment. Scrawny? I dont care how tough you think you are Lycan, My obligation is to your sister, not to you, he tought to himself as a bit of anger ebbed into him. All he was trying to do was be polite and be friendly to the brother of his Employer, and interest. After the hand shake was finished and his hand returned to him, Arvedui would speak up "Well perhaps you are blind, Brother of Allana. For I am not scrawny. I may not be what You are, but Perhaps we can mutually work together To protect your sister hmm?" His tone trying to be calm and collected towards the seemingly protective Brother. The freshly sore comments upon him though about how he needed training? and to Teach him things?
That would have boiled the normally calm and collected Arvedui as he said "Oh, and what do you care to teach me? I understand you are her brother, but I mean her no harm, Nor you disrespect." His tone audibly annoyed at the fresh comment Intimidate made. Regardless of how the Lycan male thought of the Hybrid, He swore an oath to protect Allana, and he would follow through on it, even if Intimidate was rather overly protective. He would not have paid much notice to Ssussun for the greater duration of the time as he was too focused dealing with the over protective Brother. Though at the white knight comment Arvedui would have tilted his head towards the Drow and raised an eyebrow towards him. He would simply nod his head at the well wished good day, before returning his focus to Allana and her Brother. He did not say anything directly to Allana about her particular choice of words, but he sure felt a certain way about it.

Allana:
The scene played out as if someone had poked a dying fire, sparks of flame spitting from already molten hot coals in the form of spoken word. Like the devil was depicted living in flames, so was the lycan who sought to surround herself in drama. The taste of brothers intimidation, the smell of Arvedui's rising anger and confusion. Ohh it was all so perfect.-- Critical stare caught on to Ssu's rejection and soon the disappearing image, a stare with intention to harm was sent to Inti as she felt the disappointment bubble beneath satisfaction; she'd seek the Drow out on her own later. He was a white knight, wasn't he? That soul so pure and heart pounding with kindness...how had he fallen so far from this image? Ah yes, the serpentine touch of a woman could do it, promised vows and batting eyes. It was rather amazing how the white knights words could stay above insults and remain so polite, all the while Allana simply sat back and watched the men converse. Testosterone colliding like bucks in rutting season. Wouldn't it have been easier to tell him that she wasn't worth the fight? That dedication was taboo and he'd be better off yearning for something that cared? -- Allana reached over Arvedui and grabbed the drink which Elelyn had so graciously placed for Inti, ringed fingers passing it back to her brother before making to grab her own and sip. "Now now now, I'm sure we could all use a little teaching of something or another. Right? Perhaps we three could make a date of it in the pits and have a friendly spar?" The suggestion was raised along with the glass to her lips, another sip taken as she'd eye the two men on either side. (shit post sorry guys)
